They used a site Check-IMEI.net and redirected payment to used an email address with paypal to sim-unlock.net. They site says it would send unlock codes within 1 hour. It NEVER HAPPENED. Don't bother.

Nach ca 2 Stunden bekam ich den Entsperrcode per Email übermittelt. Dieser hat bei der ersten Eingabe funktioniert und jetzt kann ich Simkarten aller Netze in Österreich verwenden!

I pay for the Att code and did not get the code not my refund. they only email me to tell me a should pay more to unlock the and when i try email them back no one replay. Order 1656992

Unlocking my Samsung Galaxy S10 (Austria, locked to A1) by code worked well, it took about 1 day to get the codes

My first time using Sim-Unlock and Im a happy customer, paying only $13+. Actually I became a little scared when I realise i would take 4 days to get the code. But it got worse, they extended the time to 8 days and that is where i told myself that it may not happen for me. Lo and behold i received the email on day eight and my iphone 8plus was activated quite easily. I wish the wait time could be shorted but I will recommend this site to others. AM from Jamaica

I used their service to unlock my SE T68i and it worked perfectly.
However, customer service leaves a lot to be desired, very unresponsive, I have asked numerous times for my Nokia 6510 and unlocking it.
However, CS just does not reply anymore after an email or two, they even asked me where I got my IMEI, after I told them that IMEI on their web shows me incorrect model (some samsung), they went silent after that and do not reply on my followups, very strange behavior towards a returning customer.

I wouldn't say avoid them, but be aware, if something goes wrong, you might be in quite a wait or just general ignore by the CS.

No response, no resolution, and no refund! literally...they will not talk to you. Paypal is useless.

It's a piece of garbage, it's a scam, I paid them 240 to unlock my phone and they never did it and they didn't want to refund my money, I recommend that you never use a company that doesn't have PayPal as a payment method. it's garbage

I tried for the first time and it worked like magic. I received a sim any network unlock code I ordered in less than 2hours. In $6 I had my phone networks unlocked. It's cheaper, Very good communication and works. I recommended this company.

Unlock code supplied did not work, emailed Sim unlock with screenshot of IMEI number, no response!

Just a little long the wait but it’s worth it.

Excellent service. I have been us this website for over 10 years and is my first choice for unlocks. In most cases unlocks are done within specified time, customer service is a excellent to work with.

10 days later, 3 times asking for updates. Zero response and zero code from Sim-Unlock.net.

For users in the US, $14 is not much (two beers) so I chose to curse their existence instead of getting a refund. Not even worth the disappointment. Avoid without hesitation. Look somewhere else.

Absolute con. Paid my fee supplied my imie and have heard nothing, that's over a week now. Have emailed them 3 times and been ignored. In the hands of my bank now to recover the money. Beware!!!

Paid £9.99 for Iphone network unlock which was done in 2 days as advised when placing the order. Other sites charge £11.99 to check if phone is eligible for an unlock then another £32.50!!

I bought a phone and didn't realise it was locked to another service provider. After a few searches I came across this website, it was by far the cheapest and took a gamble. Hey presto, very quick service, the unlock code worked!
