This product , and advertising is COMPLETELY a FRAUD. The advertising shows two 3d dolls with a personal pic submitted. What you get is an acrylic plaque with super impose photo.

THIS A CRIME ! And with send this to everyone I know.

Do not buy from this site. I ordered a vase for my daughter’s wedding. It took 2 months to get. After the expected by time frame I reached out to the company and got a generic we have a lot of orders response. When I asked for refund I got no response. Then after 2 months the vase arrives wrapped in bubble wrap in a plastic bag broken. I emailed them again and got the same generic email as before.

I am still waiting on some products I ordered back in january. Per the tracking, it's been in Illinios since Feb 12th. I sent a message to customer service and all I get is a reply that they received my message and will get back to me.

I paid 88.00 for 2 watches that I have never received. You cannot speak to anyone there and the send out the same email response everytime..... THEY ARE A SCAM DONT ORDER

Scammers! I ordered a Disney blanket almost 3 months ago. Never arrived. They sent me a tracking number on wk 3 & it was not a legitimate tracking number. I have sent at least 5 emails & keep getting a canned text that says please be patient with us as it is a busy time of year! No one ever answers the phone number listed. They sure were quick to take my $60 though. They should be ashamed of themselves taking peoples hard earned $$$.

We ordered a darth vader bear for Valentines day it was 5 days late and it was a cheap pillow with a print on it they refuse to make it right and give me what we paid for very unhappy 🙁

Horrible!!! I ordered a darth vader personalized plush. And it came as a printed lopsided mess. Im so tired of all of these online scammers. I know its on me for not checking but its still very frustrating.

100% scam package took weeks to show up after they claimed it was delivered and nothing like the product shown in pictures. Do not order from them!

The items you recieve look nothing like the advertised items. I paid 65 dollars for apiece of plastic with a sticker on it. The item i chose looked hand crafted

Item arrived not as described. Should have been a 3d bouquet of faux fur flowers with Mickey and Minnie. Instead I received a cushion with a printed image on. No replies to emails so will begin a claim back on my credit card.

Ordered a Nightmare Before Christmas personalize coffee mug with coaster. Only received the coffee mug. The images projected online appear as if the 'bobbles' are 3D on the mug when in fact they are only 'stamped pictures' on the mug. Customer service does not reply to emails and yet they still have time to continually send emails advertising their poorly made, designed assembled, etc. products. Stay away from this company!!

They deserve no stars for the way they rip people off! I ordered the Disney personalised mug. This mug is supposed to be 3D with ceramic characters hanging from a golden bar with a golden castle in the background.
On the advert, it is a 3D item with the disney characters moving when the mug moves. Instead I ended up with a flat 2D print with my name. Very disappointing!
No response after many emails and a waste of over AUD$50 plus postage!!

Silveryprints is the biggest scam, I ordered a Mickey Mouse tree topper, I received it days after Christmas, to top it off it he’d multiple scratches and item received wasn’t anything close to what it showed in website. I sent them a message the same instant I received it 12/28/25. Till this day there 01/07/26 still haven’t heard from them. So please don’t waste your time or money on this website.

Terrible print quality. The colors are faded and look nothing like what was advertised. I bought this mug as a birthday gift and paid extra for fast shipping, only to receive a cheap, low-quality product. I wasted $25 on the mug and another $12 on shipping. Extremely disappointed. Do not recommend this company.

Order what appeared to be amazing nightmare before Christmas ornaments that appear in ad and store page to be 3d standing models. Cost was about $47 so appears to be approximately priced. Paid for the upgraded plushie tree topper grinch star and card. What I received was very cheap flat acrylic pieces with stickers. I wouldn’t pay $10 for these. Total order price was $84. Emails go unanswered and there’s no phone information. They are a complete scam!

I ordered a Darth Vader mug for $35 and what I received was not even close to what I ordered!!! We have gone back and forth now probably 10 times now asking for a refund and I would return the product!! All I get is stories which mean nothing and they keep wanting more information! Never ever again!!!!!!

Sent me something that I could have made myself and it actually looked worse than if I would have done it myself. Highly overpriced and garbage....I legit was embarrassed to give it to the person I bought it for so I threw it away.

Do not buy from here! Products is not what is pictured. I ordered Disney friends mugs. Picture shows charms of Disney characters hanging off a gold banner. No charms dangling just pictures painted on the mug.

False advertising, scam artist.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!!!
They embellish the picture to make it look amazing and what you get is crap.
Run from them as fast as you can.
