Sales Representative over commits just to get a sale, then message does not get passed on to the company and company charges unauthorised direct debits, has been 8 weeks but no resolution, plain futile words 'we are working on it'. How illegal can this be

Silverchef are a real company, don't be scared to trust them or use them. Having said that...three times now they have sent me defective machinery...twice just before my peak season/xmas/new year. I had allowed several months to acquire the machinery and get to know it before the peak seasons. Both times the machinery was defective or missing parts, and the time taken to rectify the situation was painfully long and meant I didn't get to use the equipment/make my life easier through the busiest time of the year.....TWICE! Silverchef went on holiday, and left me in thelurch with defective equipment TWICE.

Machine instructions not complete. Contacted Silverchef still waiting on answer from 3rd email regarding getting a set of instructions. 13 settings with instructions for only 3 or 4 provided after several contacts.

I have been over charged and Inspit of giving more than 30 days notice and paid all due, it’s been more than month and my deposit still haven’t been released, I never told when we upgrade appliances it will cost me almost 50 percent of appliance cost. I and anyone I know will not do business with silver chef ever. I will do everything to tell their’s truth to anyone I know.

Wont recomend anyone to start a business with SilverChef, way too many hidden costs. Worst decision i made for my business so far.

I have informed your company on multiple occasions that I formally ceased all involvement with KEMAU (Hot 2 Go) over two months ago and no longer hold any position within the company. The change of directorship has also been completed and in effect for more than two months.
Despite this, I continue to receive emails and contractual documents addressed to me. This appears to be inconsistent with the current corporate records and may cause internal confusion.
I would appreciate it if you could kindly conduct an internal review and confirm that your records have been updated accordingly to reflect the correct director and contact details.

Don’t get “Certified used”.The girls in Perth, Dipti and Lee are fantastic but my experience with head office was very poor although Elvin did his best to help. The “Certified used machines” are not in good condition. I received 2 machines, the first a Brullen which didn’t work and then I was sent a Taylor’s to replace that and it also didn’t work. They then started to charge me weekly payments for the Brullen. Trying to get this resolved has been a nightmare and in the meantime I was loosing money because I had no soft serve machine. I have now bought a brand new Spaceman which is brilliant.

Were very useful at the start when opening up my business.
When I have looked to get two more items on board more recently there was constant interaction to try and finalise the sale but now since having problems with those items not suiting my machinery like the site said it would, have found it very difficult to get an email response or call backs to help figure anything out. Pretty disappointed as a customer of 4 years and how tough times are for alot of small businesses to now be having money deducted for 2 brand new items to sit in a box for 12 months as they aren’t useable.
