I feel bad that it’s taken me this long…
I feel bad that it’s taken me this long to leave Rad and his wife a review on here despite having been huge advocates of their service for a long while.
My wife and I have been customers of theirs for quite a few years now and, as a measure of how amazing they are, despite us having moved 30mins away from the Grantham area, they remain our go-to taxi service for the very best short and long-haul taxi services you could ever wish for. 1,000% reliable, trustworthy and professional. Impeccable in every way possible.
Anyone can turn up in a clean car and drive you somewhere for a fee, but Rad is clear cut above even the very best. Courtesy, communication, flight tracking, traffic and congestion management…anything you could / would ever be worried about, they have you covered.
If you’re looking for the very best taxi service anywhere in the country (as far as I’ll ever know or could be concerned about) then look no further, and all at a very reasonable price too.
A genuinely impeccable outfit. A true gem and a credit to themselves.
P.S. My wife is certainly not easily pleased, and she’s their No.1 fan!!
P.P.S. In response the only 1* review I’ve just seen and read (a clear and obvious anomaly)…some people will never understand or appreciate anything (in life in general) and then simply turn to reviews to vent (probably without ever having raised a question or concern in the first place). As a business owner myself, I know first hand that it’s impossible to please everyone, despite best efforts, and that anyone bothering to read these reviews will clearly see that one disgruntled keyboard warrior doesn’t change the overall picture. It takes a lot more to go out of your way to leave a positive review than it does to spout off moaning…and therefore the reviews speak for themselves. Well done Rad!

Kind drivers and always outside the…
Kind drivers and always outside the station. Not happy you pay there and back.
Makes taxi travel and visiting the villages in remote areas not an option after 23:00 without 40 pounds plus for a ride to 13 miles circumfrance. As you pay for return of driver.
I'd change review if you could consider reduced return fairs And meet half way plus a road and motorway drives are notoriously less fuel consuming.
Have a look me thinksss 🤔
Again staff are lovely and professional. Reliable and friendly

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We have carefully checked our booking system and can confirm that no journey was made under your name or details, and no driver from Silver Cabs Grantham carried out the trip you described. Faultless service …
We needed a ride to the train station at the start of a long journey. Silver Cabs reduced stress by being outside the house even before the agreed time. An excellent professional service
This was my first time using Silver Cabs. I like to use a transfer service so that the holiday starts as soom as we shut the front door. Rad and his team didn't disappoint. The drivers were punctual, drove beautifully and the cars were immaculate. We had an early start on the outward journey so the car was quiet as we all dozed but on the way back we had some great conversations with Rad, who was a really interesting guy.
Will definitely use Silver Cabs again

Excellent reliable courteous service
I live hundreds of miles away from Grantham but was coming up for an event nearby and needed taxis to and from the station. This was an excellent service at every stage: booking was fast and efficient; cars were early and waiting for me at each location ; the drivers were polite and helpful. Thank you.
