Ordered a necklace for a birthday - arrived promptly. However , never worn or taken out of the box its tarnished black. Customer service not interested in replacing or refund - just advised to clean them. They were unworn and still in box so disappointing- feel like crying a special gift - never buying again

Ordered a necklace and large earrings for a birthday - arrived promptly. However , never worn or taken out of the box and 3 weeks later they were bothe tarnished black. Purchase was straightforward. I e- mailed with a query as delivery was a couple of days longer than expected but i received a quick reply and delivery had arrived later that day .purchase is for a gift and presentation was excellent and the chocolate in the box is a lovely touch .

Arrived quickly- the chain was nice on the necklace not too fine - and can clearly see the silver hallmark

I have ordered a few items from Silver my Mail over time and all were perfect in fit, quality and size. Packaging is excellent and shows the detail the company goes to with their presentation.
All in all an excellent experience and I highly recommend them.

I've bought a number of things from Silver by Mail over the years and they have always been of the highest quality and also unique. This always impresses my wife as the items are distinctive and sometime even quirky - they always deliver when I'm looking for something special

Have never been less than excited by items supplied by Silver by Mail!! Items are either worn every day or put in safe place to keep pristine!!

I came across this company by googling sterling silver jewellery. I placed two orders of a few pairs of earrings and a bangle. One of the earrings broke after the second use. As it was only the second time of wearing them, I sent customer services an email with a photo of the broken earring. They asked me to send it back - I mistakenly thought they’d repair it free of charge. Instead they chose to ask for more money to send a new earring. They said they don’t do repairs- a bit silly in this day and age. What was more disappointing is the disregard shown to me as a customer - quibbling over £10.40 rather than wanting to retain customers. I regret ordering from them as I’m worried if something else goes wrong with the other things I purchased. It’s insult not great quality. I won’t be ordering from this company again and sadly wouldn’t recommend them.

Don’t bother my first order in June arrived in time and was great. So I ordered again no show when I rang them I was in a que to find out where my order is and it cut me off to leave a message they are happy to take your money and now I can’t speak to anyone to find out where my order is.

I bought a lovely necklace and earrings for my daughters wedding can't wait to show them off ,I will definitely be buying from there again
