I was very sad about paying for my retour. I thought it was for free, because I haven´t seen any information about the cost, when I ordered. That´s the point, why I never will order again at the shop!

The pajamas are wonderfully soft and comfortable. Retains its shape even after washing. The colors are beautiful too. A bit expensive for pajamas. It was also shipped and delivered very quickly.

Ho ordinato due settimane fa un maglione natalizio con le luci: non ci sono stati problemi con l’ordine e nemmeno con la spedizione ed è arrivato nei tempi stimati, circa una settimana.
Avevo comprato anche due confezioni di batterie perchè mi ero informata e non ci sono già batterie nel maglione/ordinando solo il maglione e anche queste vanno, le ho provate e funziona tutto.
Bellissimo anche il maglione davvero. Arrivato ben piegato all’interno di una busta natalizia.

Ich habe 2 x Pullover bestellt, die Lieferung war schnell und unkompliziert. Leider waren beide Pullis zu klein ( obwohl es Größen 4xl und 5xl waren).
Die Qualität ist sehr gut, empfehle ich gerne weiter.
Ware wurde zurück gesendet.

Ordered from them a couple times. Quality of the jumpers is always fine. However, their delivery timeline is always completely way off. Ordered on 23rd November. Delivery says 2-4 days within EU. I checked tracking today (30th) and it's not even dispatched!
I get that it's a busy time of year - but come on you sell CHRISTMAS THEMED GOODS, your dispatch and delivery times need to be better, or don't over promise. Unless it arrives by tomorrow I'm going to have to return

My experience of cooperation with SillySanta was really good. I bought 8 sweaters. Every time delivery was fast enough. I have an accident with one sweater, but my money was returned and in general guys from support service were really nice and replied quickly. I recommend this online shop. They have revolutionary Christmas sweaters.

I took a chance on this shop as I had not heard of it before and I just happened to find it online when searching for Christmas sweaters.

Around two and a half weeks after making the order, I received the package with all the products I ordered, nicely packaged. All the products I ordered were in great shape and the material used seems good. My fiancee loved all her sweaters and socks.

The only reason I'm removing one star is that after making the order online, I did receive a confirmation email, however, between that and actually receiving the package, I had not received any follow-up email to let me know that my package had been sent. Up until the day it arrived, I was still wondering about it.

Wat een bedrijf! Mijn bestelling is keurig retour gegaan in de 1e week van december, ik wacht nu nog op de terugbetaling!! Zelfs na meerdere keren contact geven zij aan geen betaling te hebben ontvangen van PayPal, maar een terugkoppeling na eventuele navraag bij PayPal is teveel gevraagd. Dat dit mag bestaan zeg.

After two weeks of not receiving my order and no replies from the customer service my order simply got cancelled. A bit strange as this product is still advertised as being in stock and deliverable within 2 working days. Although my money will be refunded (let’s see if this actually happens), I lost the €6 shipping cost… (It’s extra sour now since they have mailed me multiple times advertising free shipping)

De schakelaar van de batterijhouder was stuk. Daar kwam ik achter na 14 dagen. Dus de retour periode was voorbij. Ik heb toen zelf een nieuwe stevige batterijhouder gemonteerd. Ik kreeg na 4 weken bericht wat mijn ervaringen waren. Ik heb uitgelegd wat er aan mankeerde. Ik heb e-mail verkeer gehad. Er werd direct gereageerd. En ik mocht toch nog ruilen, of een gedeelte van het bedrag terug.voor het laatste heb ik gekozen. En ik had het bedrag vrij snel op mijn rekening staan.

Trui met led lampjes gekocht, bij ontvangst moesten er batterijen in die je er appart bij moet kopen. Dit staat al niet vermeld. Gelukkig heb ik 2 setjes extra besteld. Toen ik de batterijen in de accu deed zag ik dat al 1 van de stroomdraden was gebroken. Dus geen verlichting.. Echt hele slechte kwaliteit. Nu probeer ik contact te krijgen met de klantenservice, maar die reageren niet. Ik zou deze site absoluut niet aanraden!!

Bedrijf helpt niet met het oplossen van problemen met verzending van product. Koop alstublieft niks bij deze partij.o

Scammers! I received a broken Christmas sweater without batteries and screws in the battery box. Company had to be aware of this and sent it anyway! Very disappointed in this company!!

The onesies and sweaters are very soft and are of excellent quality.
Very original and fun designs. I just love it!
Also fast delivery and good packaging.

Bin mit der Qualität der Ware sehr zufrieden. Habe schon mehrere Male bestellt. Freue mich jedes Jahr auf neue Designs. Auch die Lieferung ist einwandfrei. Die Mega Hoodies werden Vakuumverpackt geliefert, daher weniger Verpackungsmaterial. Einfach top!
