I had a lot of questions through the process ordering a suppressor and barrel threading. They were always there to answer questions. One woman, can’t remember her name unfortunately helped me big time with the ATF form. I got my suppressor in about 37 days and less than 2 weeks for the barrel threading

Silencer Central made the experience great. All paperwork was done online. Just fill in the info, upload a photo and fingerprint file, they take care of the rest. Customer service is excellent. Silencer arrived very soon after the ATF approval. I ordered another on the same day that the first was delivered. I will buy from Silencer Central again if I need another silencer. Thanks.

Silencer Central has made a complicated transaction understandable. As this was my first purchase of such an item I had a few questions and Silencer Central answered these patiently each time. Setting up the trust at no additional charge was a nice benefit and their prices were at the same amount for the same product as other sellers.

The communications is very fast, detailed, on point and followed back on to be certain it was understood correctly.

I ordered through silencer central because I thought it would be painless and they offer a military discount. You can find considerably cheaper prices with no military discount. The process was far from painless and slow. All delays were do to silencer central. I completed all of my steps within hours of being able to do so and returning the finger print card within hours of receiving. When my silencer was first to arrive UPS arrived hours outside their window. I was going out of the country so I called ups and I was told I could not pick it up and the shipper did not allow any changes. My father offered to drive a long distance to wait for delivery. Once again ups showed up several hours outside of the window they set. I called and spoke to Cynthia who was completely unhelpful and shifted blame like a private. Ultimately my father drove a long distance again and spent hours waiting again only to miss UPS, because again they arrived hours outside their four hour window. I spoke with Synthia again whose solution for the problems was to knock fifty dollars off the price of a banish 556 which silencer central sells for almost two hundred dollars more than at least 4 competitors. My father spent more than fifty dollars repeatedly driving to my home to get the delivery. I asked to speak to a real manager several times which Cynthia refused to do. She offered no solutions other than have it sent back to wait again. She did constantly try to deflect any blame. This company is a joke that only wants your money. Do yourself a favor and buy locally. The process is exremely simple. Your local gun store will help. Also, many stores are not only faster, but cheaper. If anyone at silencer central reads this my order number was SO-1016089 so you can verify my accuracy and hopefully correct all of your companies problems and lack of accountability. Also if you are going to overcharge at least provide exceptional service.

Update: i have called this supervisor numerous times, he never answers. He scheduled a time to call me then never called. He finally called 2 days later and could not answer due to workers at my house. Just lip service!. My review remains accurate. To be precise i have tried to call 13 times on 8 different days. This is complete BS response!!!!!!!!

Update #2: after about a month of delays their solution for me or my father sitting at my house for 3 days for scheduled deliveries that never occurred was $30 dollars off of a silencer purchase when their price is compared to others on gun.deals.. So $10 dollars a day. My overall review of this company remains as above and is accurate. Their commitment to their customers is lip service. If you live hundreds of miles from a gun store, this service may be for you. Or if you hate leaving your house. Otherwise my recommendation to go to your local gun store remains, support your community and save yourself some money at the same time! Ryan the customer service lead was polite and attempted to help. Higher level management made the decision to prioritize profit over doing the right thing.

It’s always easy to talk to someone. This will be my fifth silencer and as always, it easy to get all the paperwork completed and sent off for approval.

From the start they were helpful in providing information on what was needed for your system to operate properly and everything is included in the price. The paperwork is all completed for you to review and sign. They will setup your trust and ask you all of the pertinent information to be submitted to the government. Expert advice and efficient. They have made the process seamless.
I have not received my suppressors yet but it's just a matter of government approval. There's no headache in the process but if you need help, they are there for you with advice and suggestions. Excellent company to work with. Everyone you interact with is knowledgeable and very polite.

This is my second time ordering from Silencer Central, and both times were great. The sales people are friendly and knowledgeable. The process is as easy as possible given the ridiculous paperwork required by the government. I can't imagine buying anywhere else.
