if something go bad you will be scammed
Shanghai Sihao Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd on Alibaba - Very long experience and very long history. I bought 14 soft ice machine from them. All is OK up that all is OK. One machine has been deeply defect from the start, they moved me around for months without to solve, making promises to refund or to repair and when I finally claimed on alibaba to repair or to have a refund, they tried to tell that I not bought there (so no warranty?) and they refused any kind of repair also if they admitted and recognized the problem accepting the alibaba repair procedure. I also waited refund of 3800$ for other 4 machines never delivered 6 months! they uploaded in alibaba a false document delivery so they also blocked me to claim.... promises, and promises, also for this they moved me around for months..... they know well alibaba and how to move.... Not try to organize a business with them like me.... I tested a device model and when they started to delivery, the device inside changed, replacements changed so what I had was unusefull. The compressor that I declared to my customers Panasonic label was not Panasonic anymore but they declared Panasonic in each order or invoice. I became craizy to buy replacements from them because they change the components of the devices continuously without control, so they not have any idea about replacements and send you for 2 or 3 times the wrong piece. I sent a picture but was not enough.... I had to pay 2 times a board that was wrong... they refused refund for this and forced me to pay again! They arrived to lie and to tell me that some pieces that I had in my devices (metal screw) was not anymore to not sell to me! Professionality in customer care and seriosity zero, but they are very very good in words and appear very very kindly. And attention to Alibaba. You will pay a lot a delivery warranty that expire after 1 month also if the delivery will need 3 months.... the warranty is only for pieces and this company not sent that also..... They keep my customer with a broken sensor machine more than one month and when I received the replacement it was wrong (sensor is cheap, for cheap parts they are very open to delivery,,,, but when the problem is serious and they have to lost money, the situation change!) They sell thousands of devices in all Europe and they not have technical support in Europe; OK, they save money!.... but after, when they have to replace a device that had a total defect (DOA) they not want to spent!!!! I consider what they did SCAM!!! I lost some months to build a business based on them as I told them on the start, but they has not been able on this.... no vision, no customer care, abuse and extortion in replacement payment. I had with them the bad experience of my life loosing health, time and money. Also their site contact and their data are not transparent.... go in Alibaba and you will find their site sihao.uk --> site not exist! invoice from Czech, vat from Czech, address and company from China, bank from Singapore.... I will want to see when an economical control will check their invoices.... they just sell because almost all people not claim in face of their abuses and renounce to lost their health for this! If I not had Alibaba support I could lost more money for sure with them! But, if what you buy work, you will not have any problem..... good luck!!!
