It is user friendly

It is user friendly, the email address is saved for future. I would like to add. Please, make it save the name too. I took off 1 star for it. Otherwise, great for my work.

Excellent product

Simple and easy to use, just as effective as "the big D" and significantly more affordable. No hidden fees and transparency into things like service uptime/maintenance. Great organizational options for any size business; actually wish we were a little larger of a workforce to really use more of the team features.

User friendly

While not perfect, it is a great option to gather signatures in a timely manner. It's pretty user friendly which is helpful.

Worst Document Sign service

If there was an option to put zero stars I would have rated that. Terrible customer service. I have to upload documents for every small change. It is difficult to make these small changes and everytime it has to be done on your laptop or desktop and then upload. Unable to add or attach images to the document. I must accept that I was lured in by the lower price than other e-sign services. The signatures very tiny that you can barely see them.

I tried to get a prorated refund as I am a very unhappy customer but to no avail. They have a no refunds after 30 days and for me I do not have contracts to be signed every day. So the 30 day period got by quickly and they have no appreciation of how unsatisfied the customers are. It is a very bad service and I would say to stay away from the service unless you are in Real Estate or a place where there is no change in contracts for long period.

Companies like this who are so inflexible and not care about their customers can never ever do anything right for their customers and is a pure waste of time if you are trying to get anything from customer service.
