Rip off delivery charges.
I purchased the tin of Edge Sealer and paid the asking price at checkout. I was then hit with an exorbitant delivery of £18.00 for a 1/4 of a litre tin weighing no more than 250grms.

Unfortunately as you are based in Northern Ireland and the product you require is classed as Hazardous Goods, we have to ship this with a courier which the costs are higher than Royal Mail shipments.
Please rest assured that we are simply only charging you what we are being charged from our courier to cover the cost of the delivery and this is not a profit making exercise.
Though, I can see that you proceeded with the order despite the delivery charge and we hope that you are at least happy with the product you ordered.
Faultless service
Signgeer have a range that includes things you had never thought of. Their prices are competitive and the service is speedy.

Great service
Great service. Always deliver on time and exactly what I need. I would however address the courier issue. Part of my order arrived soaking wet (was aluminium inside package so not an issue), clearly had been left outside prior to delivering.

Very disappointed
My nephew, who works in the sign writing business wanted a new squeegee and he suggested Signgeer as a place to possibly get him one as a birthday present. I ordered one for £8.50 but ended up paying twice that amount by the time P&P were added. The squeegee itself looks like it's been done on a 3D printer and personally doesn't look like great value for money to me. The fact that they add VAT to a Royal Mail postal service just comes across as pure greed to me. I'll put it down to experience but it's not worth returning as it's just going to cost me more in return postal charges. Deeply disappointed.

With regards to adding VAT to Royal Mail postal services, all of our shipments are sent via either the Tracked 24, Tracked 48 or Royal Mail Special Delivery services which are all fully tracked and signed for full traceability of your order.
These services unlike 1st and 2nd class stamps (which are exempt from VAT) are liable to VAT which we must charge. You can find more information here;
