I have just returned home from signature surgery in Istanbul, this place is amazing. I’ve had the mommy makeover and everything about this experience has been amazing 10/10.
I found this place on instagram and sent a query on prices and from there everything went so smoothly.
The whole experience was top class, the staff, the communication, the hospital and hotel.
When we arrived at Istanbul airport from Dublin our transfer greeted us with a smile, inside the transport had internet and fresh water and the loveliest driver.
When we got to the hotel I could not believe how beautiful it was and the amenities are amazing. From our hotel room floor the lift takes you up to the food court which had everything from Turkish kebabs to mc Donald’s and subway, ice cream parlours and crispy crème. So many options right on your doorstep. Plus room service to the door.
Breakfast and dinner was also included in our price, as we had so much to choose from upstairs we only ever got the breakfast in the hotel which was lovely and a great selection.
On the day of the surgery we got a wake up call and when we made it to the lobby our driver was there to transport us to the hospital. The staff at the hospital are so kind and looked after me very well. The procedure went well and when I was in the operating room my doctor even repaired a hernia I didn’t know I had!
The after care in the hospital from the staff was fantastic, I have no complaints.
When I was discharged from the hospital I went back to the hotel, the nurse that looked after me there was Dilara and she was great! So friendly and welcoming. Nothing was a problem, if I needed anything they came straight away to help me. I have been recommending this place to everyone since I came home. If you’re thinking of getting anything done you need to go here!!

Honest review. The staff are absolutely amazing from the doctors to the nurses to the taxi drivers!

However, I do feel like there was some stuff missed that would have improved my experience. I would have liked to have seen the surgeon after the surgery or even to be seen and assessed if I was fit to fly. This was automatically sent over WhatsApp without even seeing him. I'd of also liked to have had more aftercare guidance instead of having to ask for it. I was initially told I'd be coming back to the hospital to be checked over before I fly back but that didn't happen. I had photos of my BA took and this was sent to the doctor. I just would have liked more reassurance as it's an anxious experience to go through in itself.

Hospital and hotel were absolutely great. All the staff were hardworking and genuinely nice people. I feel like I could ask any question and nothing was too much to ask of them. I've had a great recovery! ☺️ I hope this doesn't come across as a negative review but more constructive feedback.

Breast revision was taken so very carefully. Dr.K was my surgeon and I can not say how happy I am with my result but more the care. Explained everything to me with such detail and honesty. A surgeon being honest with you is the best answer. I couldn’t be more thankfulful of the team Sena, dilara and Nelly along with the nurses in the hospital.
I was heard and comforted.

i don’t even know we’re to start from start to finish the service has been 100% spot on i can not recommend this company enough the staff were amazing sena was 10-10 was there 27-7 if i had any problems so friendly helpful and the nurse was amazing checked up on more 3/4 times a day i truly am so happy with my buttock lift and new implants my surgeon was 100% honest and made me look and feel so much happier wouldn’t go anywhere else from surgery i’ll deffo be back 🥰

I had 360 liposuction and a fat transfer to my breasts with Signature Surgery by Comfort Zone, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience.

My surgeon was Prof. Dr. K, and he was absolutely amazing. From my very first consultation, I immediately felt reassured, comfortable, and safe in his care. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel confident about my decision.

A special thank you to Nurse Mohammed, who took care of me in the hospital. He was beyond amazing! Whenever I called, he was there, always answered all my questions, and constantly put my mind at ease. His care and support meant so much to me.

From the lady who brought my food, to the drivers, and Nurse Nilay, everyone I encountered was so kind, caring, loving, and professional. The whole team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well looked after.

This also wasn’t my first surgery with Comfort Zone, and once again, they did not disappoint. What I really appreciate is that the support doesn’t stop once you leave Turkey. Even after returning home to England, their aftercare has been amazing. They are always available and happy to answer any questions or concerns I have.

I honestly cannot recommend Comfort Zone Surgery enough. I travelled to Turkey for a breast uplift with 500cc implants, and from the very first message to arriving back home after surgery, the level of care I received has been outstanding.

Before I even arrived in Turkey, Sena and the girls on WhatsApp were absolutely amazing. I had so many questions (probably more than most people!), but they never once made me feel like I was being a nuisance. They answered every single question quickly, honestly, and always made me feel reassured. Sena was especially incredible throughout the whole process. She was always there whenever I needed anything, kept in touch, checked in on me, and made me feel supported from start to finish. I even requested a FaceTime call with my surgeon before booking, and she arranged it without any hesitation, which gave me so much confidence.

From the moment I landed in Turkey, everything was seamless. The private airport transfers were professional and comfortable, the hotel was lovely, and the food throughout my stay was excellent.

The hospital experience exceeded all my expectations. I stayed for two nights and genuinely felt like I was receiving VIP treatment. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, cared for, and never left worrying about anything. Even when there was a slight language barrier, they always found a way to communicate and make sure I was okay.

What impressed me most was how involved Professor Karaaltin was throughout my entire journey. He came to see me the day after my surgery while I was still in hospital, visited me again at my hotel three days later to check my healing, and even saw me again before I flew home to make sure everything was progressing as it should. That level of personal care and attention is something I never expected, and it made me feel completely looked after.

I also want to give a huge thank you to the wonderful nurses who cared for me. Dilara, Nilay, and Helin were all so kind, caring, compassionate, and attentive. They checked on me constantly, helped with anything I needed, and always did it with a smile. They made what could have been a nerve-wracking experience feel calm and reassuring.

What really stood out to me was that their care didn’t stop after surgery. I had a small reaction to the antibiotics and ended up with really bad diarrhoea, which left me dehydrated. As soon as I contacted the team, Sena arranged for me to return to the hospital for IV fluids. They took my concerns seriously, acted quickly, and looked after me just as well as they had before. It showed me that they genuinely care about their patients long after the operation is over.

Even now, I’m only two weeks post-op and the aftercare has continued to be exceptional. Today the team contacted me to arrange a FaceTime appointment so they can see how I’m healing, answer any questions, and make sure everything is progressing well. It’s so reassuring to know that you’re not forgotten once you leave Turkey—they continue to support you every step of the way.

Choosing surgery abroad can feel daunting, but Comfort Zone Surgery made the entire experience stress-free from beginning to end. Every single person I dealt with was kind, professional, caring, and genuinely wanted the best for me.

Excellent experience with Comfort Zone and Professor Mehmet Veli Karaaltin

I chose Comfort Zone after being recommended by a friend who had previously travelled there for breast augmentation, and I’m really pleased with my experience.

Initially, I communicated with Christina, who was incredibly responsive from the start. She answered all of my questions promptly and even shared some of her own experience, which was genuinely reassuring. No question ever felt like too much trouble. On the day of my surgery she even messaged me to wish me luck, which was a lovely personal touch after all of our conversations.

I originally booked surgery to have my breast implants replaced. Unfortunately, my original surgeon left the clinic before my operation, but Comfort Zone handled this really well and gave me several experienced surgeons to choose from. After researching the available options, I chose Professor Mehmet Veli Karaaltin, and I’m so glad I did. Following my discussions with him, I also decided to add cheek implants to address my tear trough hollows, as I felt confident in his expertise and recommendations.

Once I had paid my deposit, Sena took over and organised everything. She made the whole process run smoothly from arrival until I returned home and was always on hand whenever I needed anything.

When I arrived in Istanbul, I was warmly welcomed and was even able to have a brief video call with Professor Karaaltin before surgery. It wasn’t a consultation, just a friendly chat and an opportunity to introduce ourselves before meeting in person, which I found really reassuring. I enjoyed my first evening, went for a walk, explored the local area and had some lovely food before heading to the hospital the following day.

The only part I found slightly challenging was the language barrier with some of the hospital staff, but Google Translate made communication much easier, so it certainly wasn’t a major issue.

My consultation with Professor Karaaltin was thorough and I never felt rushed. He listened to what I wanted, answered my questions and explained everything clearly. I was offered some additional procedures, but decided not to go ahead with them. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to have the consultation the day before surgery rather than on the day itself. That would give patients a little more time to process any recommendations and consider the financial side if they wanted to add anything.

On the day of surgery I was understandably a little nervous in the operating theatre, particularly as everyone around me was speaking Turkish, but once the anaesthetic was given everything went smoothly. I stayed one night in hospital and felt well looked after throughout.

After I was discharged, the Comfort Zone team continued to provide excellent care. Nell regularly checked on me at the hotel, made sure I was comfortable, and reminded me to follow all of my post-operative recovery instructions. It was really reassuring to know someone was checking in and making sure everything was going as planned. Professor Karaaltin also visited to see how I was recovering, checked that I was happy with everything, and explained what to expect during the healing process.

Everyone I met was friendly, professional and supportive, and I genuinely enjoyed my stay.

After returning home, I realised I had accidentally left my AirPods behind. Sena immediately looked for them, contacted me as soon as they were found, and has been incredibly helpful in arranging for them to be sent back to me. That level of aftercare really stood out to me and showed that they genuinely care about their patients even after they’ve returned home.

Overall, I had a very positive experience with Comfort Zone. The organisation, communication and aftercare were excellent, and I always felt supported throughout the entire journey. I would happily return to Professor Mehmet Veli Karaaltin and book through Comfort Zone again if I ever decided to have further surgery in the future.

I have just arrived home after rhinoplasty I had the best experience from start to finish the team was amazing. Plenty of correspondence up until arriving at the at to be greeted by a driver lovely comfortable drive to the hospital as soon as we arrived myself and my guest was very well looked after met my surgeon he explained everything made sure I was happy. After surgery the staff at the hospital was extremely attentive I never had to ask for anything the staff are extremely professional & friendly made my stay very comfortable next stop was the hotel this was stunning again greeted by private driver and nursing staff around the clock. I would highly recommend much better care than England & will definitely be back for future surgery.

From the minute I spoke with Sena I knew I would be in good hands. She was very honest and attentive to my many wants and also concerns 😅 if it was 11pm at night or 5am in the morning she took the time to listen to everything and also recommended the amazing Professor Karaaltin to me who listened exactly to me and gave me the best possible results based on my own body. The surgery couldn’t have went better and to have no drains made my recovery 50% easier immediately. The nurses Helen, Mert and Muhammet in the hospital couldn’t have been better, checking on you even when you’re sleeping. i came here to get boob job and uplift from the moment i arrived the driver was waiting took me hotel which was so nice an big and clean the hospital was 5 min away which was also very clean was so happy with my results the hospital staff were lovely the nurses at hotel couldn't do enough for you always on hand wen needed thank you to dilara and nilay for been the best nurses highly reccomend

I had a breast uplift and augmentation with Professor Dr Mehmet Karaaltin, I am now 11 days post op and im very pleased with how the surgery went and how im healing, Signature Surgery by CZ kept me very informed of everything and were very professional, I was very happy with my decision and would use them again if i wanted any further surgery. The Dr is very skilled at what he does and listened to what i wanted he gave his recommendation based on this and I let him decide on the implant size.. The hotel was lovely the rooms are huge i was very comfortable post surgery there as Dilara and Nilay were the 2 nurses who provided the best care, they came several times a day to check my blood pressure changes bandages etc, very friendly, lastly Sena was absolutely amazing in arranging the surgery, transfers hotel etc.. and i could contact her anytime with questions and she would respond promptly, she was so friendly and made the experience a great one, thank you.. Update: im now 15 days post op and im still healing, my right breast is alot more swollen than the other im hoping this will resolve over the next few weeks, they are already soft and have dropped, hoping they dont drop anymore as they are already in the correct position now, i have a dent on my left breast but again im hoping its all swelling and will resolve, I will update again at 4 weeks post op

Would highly recommend this company to anyone considering cosmetic surgery. From initial enquiry through to surgery and after care, the whole process is efficient and handled with care. I had upper eyelid, breast uplift and implant and could not be happier with the results. Thank you to Sena, Nilay and Dilara who booked me in and provided nursing aftercare...keeping me informed of what to expect, where to be and answer questions. Huge thanks to Dr Said Algan who performed my surgery - he listened to my wishes and gave me exactly what I asked for...whilst still away to go with swelling, I can already tell I have the perfect boobs for me both size and position!! And to Mohammed for your perfect bedside manner and helpful translation during consultation. I'm considering a tummy tuck next and wouldn't dream of going to any other company!
