Signatureblindsandshutters Omdömen

Signature blinds and shutters were recommended to us by a close friend, and they did not disappoint. We received fantastic customer service from the start, fast response by email from Simon, throughout and he arranged for Neil to come out to us quickly to have a chat and measure. There was never any pressure at all, or obligation to purchase. We were given helpful advice and time to make a decision. Neil was very friendly and respectful of our home each time he visited to measure and fit our blinds in two rooms. We are so happy with our finished blinds, they have been fitted with such care, to an excellent standard which exceeding our expectations. We would definitely recommend Signature Blinds and shutters.

Great company. Prices were reasonable. They were really helpful. On site they were tidy and clean and once they'd left you wouldn't know they'd been. The shutters look lovely and are good quality. Neil wasn't happy until the job was done perfectly. We were very happy with the experience.

From pricing to fitting of our shutters, a very streamlined professional service, so happy with them and would highly recommend them

Amazing service. Neil is very professional and he always finds a solution for helping you

Very pleased Neil was very friendly and his work was excellent

We’ve now had all our windows fitted with shutters from Signature. Would highly recommend Neil and his team - competitively priced, good communication, reliable and tidy work.

Great customer service from Simon, and excellent craftsmanship from Neil. I would happily recommend.

We have used Signature Blinds previously and were extremely pleased with the service we received. The quality of the blinds is excellent and he arrived on time and is clean and tidy in his work. We will definitely use them again and would be happy to recommend to our friends and family.

Signature Blinds installed some shutters for us a few years ago so when we decided to get multiple blinds fitted, we had no hesitation in going back. So glad we did! Neil provided detailed advice on which blinds would suit/fit the different windows - spotting things I would never have noticed. The communication from Simon on prices, dates etc is always timely and helpful. Prices are very reasonable. The blinds were fitted yesterday and look even better than expected - highly recommend Signature, thanks again!

Brilliant service from start to finish. The blinds and shutters are high-quality perfectly fitted and have completely transformed My Home!!!! Highly recommended

From start to finish was a great experience. Initial request was acknowledged promptly, flexible timings for measurement and quotation. Regular comms during the order phase. Install was done to my timings and the end product is fantastic.

Thank you

From the first contact with Cathy, through the measuring and pricing phase with Mark and Brian doing the fitting, everything was seamless.

Great advice, time keeping and workmanship. Brian even took the boxes away. I don't normally write reviews but SIGNATURE deserves this one.

From the initial phone call for a quote through to the installation, Simon and his team were great. They had some really good ideas and suggestions to make sure we got the right blind for what we needed. They were very flexible with the timings for the installation, as we had to change it a few times. The blind is perfect, very good quality, looks smart, matches our kitchen, and the price was very good, we would thoroughly recommend!!

Neil and Simon were excellent. We have two young children and Neil suggested nightshade blinds which are much better than normal black out blinds in reducing light. A national competitor didn't even offer this product. They both have been very professional and courteous throughout. Very pleased to have used an excellent local business in fitting our new blinds.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Signature Blinds.A very friendly and efficient service from start to finish at a reasonable price.

Had my shutters fitted by Signature Blinds, Neil is lovely kept me up to date on everything,I even changed my mind off the different way I wanted the shutters to look (set back not pitcher frame style) so he had to come back again and measure because they was a different fitting he was so nice about it (another company probably would not off took the time to come back and made me go with my original order) but nothing to to much hassle for this company, the only thing is I really should off had them fitted years ago they change the hole style off my house, I really recommend this company so much they definitely go out there way to make u happy

We had a great experience with Signature Blinds and Shutters, I thoroughly recommend using them. Neil and Simon were 100% professional throughout and we found them very trustworthy.

Excellent quality blinds, good service, and communication was prompt when fitting was delayed. Used this company twice for bathroom and then kitchen blinds.
