Will was fantastic and helped me select the right bicycle for my requirements and ability. I would highly recommend Sigma Sports at Oakham if you’re looking for a new bicycle. They have a vast range.

Delivery date was beaten!
No problem with the return of the previous pairs of shoes.
A professional company with competitive pricing.
Thanks

They placed an order for an out of stock item and kept me informed through the whole process, also gave advise when shoe fitting that explained an issue I had. Very professional and would recommend the site and Store at Oakham. I’ll be using them again.

Went to sigma sports in Oakham a few weeks back. I was delt with by Will. Very professional and very helpful, had a bike fit and got me all setup on my new bike I purchased.
Great experience!

The delivery was good and on time, I had a problem with the qr code that is used to activate the bike computer. I visited your Oakham shop and the staff help I got there was excellent. I left with a working unit and very pleased with the knowledge and help your staff gave me.

Good attentive expert service as usual

Very helpful and kind

Sigma have so much stock for triathlon so I booked and appointment to purchase several items. Ian looked after me and it was fantastic to receive advice from someone who understood the sport and himself from a swimming background. Ian couldn't have been more helpful. I will definitley use again. 100% recommended

Had my bike serviced.mechanic rang me to find out if I had an issues. Then rang me again to explain everything that he had worked on.brilliant professional service

Excellent customer service by the guys in the shop. Very respectful, and helpful, which I don't always find as an older female rider.
The guy who helped me buy shoes clearly knew what he was talking about.

Great service items delivered within 2days

Great shops, amazing staff. Had my bike serviced in Oakham ahead of The Traka and enjoyed a great race with no mechanicals, thank you.

Some communication mismatch with delivery timelines, but can’t fault the outcome, thank you.

The Sigma Oakham store is always brilliant and great to visit
Staff are excellent, knowledgeable and friendly

Purchased a Specialised Crea 2 Expert e-bike from Sigma. Good end of year price. Was served by Kane who was very professional and offered a fitting test to see which frame was the correct size for me. The bike was set up well and the staff clarified a number of points about the bike including letting me have an extra thru axle lever to remove the wheels out on the road. All in all very good service from the Oakham Sigma store.

Pleasant surrounding with professional staff

Great option to reserve the items into my local store in this case two different Garmin watches, so I could look at them and try them both before purchasing one. Really helpful advice when I phoned. Friendly sales assistant in store when I purchased.

Great service very helpful

Knowledge of the staff and friendly customer services. Always welcome and willing to help.
