This company says they're based in Glasgow but once you place an order items will actually be shipping from China. Almost 4 weeks since I placed my order and it's still on a boat somewhere according to the tracking!

I paid nearly £40 for a bit of plastic with felt stuck to it. I was lead to believe this was a mirror. Terrible misleading customers

Wouldn’t bother still waiting on my goods no reply from them just automated contacted my bank for return absolute joke

No delivery time on the order once I placed my order. I ordered a chair over £200. I kept asking for updates and got no response until over a week later, even though they said their response times were 24 hours.

The item had been drop shipped from China so they don’t have the stock ready. It then got stuck in China and didn’t even leave the country of origin. It got sent back to sender where I then had to ask sickhaus what was going on…

This was over a month after I had ordered the item.

It never arrived and I had to apply for a refund. Ridiculous!

Very bad experience with this company. Received my order which was badly packaged and therefore arrived damaged. Contacted Sickhaus to let them know but had no reply. Feeling like I have been ripped off. Would not use them again. Cheap products from China that are flimsy and poor quality and very bad customer service.

Item never turned up. Took about 3 weeks to come as the items were drop shipped from China even though there’s no mention of this on the website. Also was no information given about who the courier would be, so I had NO option to amend the delivery info to update safe space or preferred neighbor. They tell me it was delivered to a neighbor who I’ve had problems with before taking my parcels and sick haus are saying they have nothing to do with the parcel once it’s with the courier DESPITE it being their responsibility to inform the seller who the courier is so you can make necessary notes to ensure your parcel arrives safely!!! Honestly a complete joke, they say they pride themselves on customer service but have told me it’s an issue with Royal Mail now. Do not order from them.

delivery took ages - almost a month but the products are being shipped from China.

in the end can’t complain with the products they’re great! but i wouldn’t pay full price, only heavily discounted in the sale

It's been a fortnight. It's made it from South China to East China if my tracking reports are correct....

Ordered 2 posters thought they would arrive within a week, 2 weeks later they arrived. Packaging was terrible the posters were unusable contacted customer service. Days later received a response advising replacements would be sent out No tracking details provided waited almost 2 weeks replacements arrived in a similar condition as the originals. Still no response from customer services.
Will not be buying from this business again, have contacted my bank and raised a dispute.

Absolute shambles of a company, placed an order months ago that was returned to seller 05/06 and I did not receive any update from Sickhaus, no response to emails for weeks before being told someone was looking into it and id hear back within 24-48 hours, I never heard back. Genuinely thought my item would never arrive until my door went today, I am absolutely shocked that you have the audacity to charge £252 (on sale!!) for what you call a solid wood table?? A complete joke, what I received was a flimsy chip board unit which was visibly damaged/torn at one side. The ashtray I also ordered was not in the box at all?? I am so glad I paid via klarna as I have disputed this and will not be paying! Do not order from Sickhaus they are absolute conmen and you will be disappointed.

The product that turned up was extremely poor quality and badly made. I’d paid for a circular mirror and got a piece of reflective plastic that was badly chopped into a circle and covered in scratches.
It took a few emails before someone agreed that it wasn’t up to standard. I was told to apply for a refund through a second portal and that someone would follow up. That was over 2 months ago and about 5 follow up emails and reaching out to them on social media, all with no reply. So no refund and not able to return an unusable product. Just appears to be a scam shop.

I have still not received my full order and have had no communication about a refund or the order itself for almost two months. Despite emailing on several occasions.

Absolutely disgusted with this online store. Order received with an item missing. Sent 3 emails and had no reply. This website is scamming people

Terrible quality goods, mostly dropshipped from China.

Took ages to get a response for returns, now they've had the return (proof of delivery) for two weeks and no contact and impossible to get in touch with. Going small claims and chargeback as no other alternative.

Absolute scam artists. Avoid like the plague

Sorry to say but I was very disappointed. With the quality of the product I received. And with the postage & packaging. For what I paid, for the item itself & the postage, both were incredibly poor. Mirror looks cheap, took over 2 weeks to arrive, and when it did was inadequately packaged & box was battered. I won’t be purchasing from you again. Although items look great on the website what I received was not worth the money I paid. Very disappointed.

Placed an order on the 17th May 2024 and still not received it! Have asked for a refund but no response! Received 2 emails 2 days ago saying my order has been shipped! Have tried to track it but my tracking number is not known! Could someone let me know what is going on. I really would like money refunded.

Really poor quality. Folded up into a little square on delivery so is incredibly creased and you can see the creases even in the frame.
The quality of the print is awful.
Took ages to arrive
