This company is not trustworthy and not reliable in my experience. I’ve received promotional discounts. I have attempted to apply these directly through there link/email. And the offers have not been accepted. I’ve contacted customer services on several occasions they stated they would look into this and call me back, but didn’t i following up and was told the email discount code was out of date. I informed shytobuy I used the discount code within 10 minutes of receiving there email. So how could it be out of date..? Therefore my honest help believe is these discounts do not exist they just act to entice you in. Extremely disappointed. And a big time waster. It as now lead me to question the validity of their company and products. I say shop elsewhere.

Updated email from shy to buy, requesting purchase order number in order to look into my complaint. This is clearly a generic email, as it does not relate to my specific order. As I wasn’t able to make any purchase as I was unable to use the promotional codes. I’ve also been in contact with trustpilot and sent them screenshots of the promotion offers that cannot be applied. I’ve also been in touch with the supplier of the Thermo lazer helmet SallyAnn, I was informed that Shy to buy have a contractual agreement With them and are NOT allowed to undercut and CANNOT offer discounts on the Lazer Helmet. I have screenshots of Shytobuys offers from there website. Sadly, I’m not able to upload these to prove it. However, I have forwarded these to trustpilot.
