The service offered by shutter home was fantastic 👍 one of the best offered by a company I have dealt with / the whole process was professional but also felt like a business who care about their customers

Paul offered great customer service on the initial visit / explaining everything in great detail and came across very knowledgeable

Phil was extremely professional, offering great customer service and advice when dealing with him over the phone and emails. He kept me up to date on the progress of the installation dates. He also called up after the installation to see how everything went

Dawid who fitted the shutters was amazing and was a real craftsman who really cared about the quality of the installation / he did some extra work to ensure that the shutters fitted perfectly/ He also took down my old blinds and filled the holes / he came on a Sunday to instal it Working from 9am-7pm work continuously which was great

Overall amazing service / great product and installation/ I who highly recommended them 👏👏

Excellent service from Survey to installation. Phil, Paul and Dawid are back on the ball after lock down restrictions have been lifted slightly. They provided a first class product, which was installed by Dawid with the greatest precision.
We had 7 windows, which he installed within a day.
I would recommend Shutterhome to anyone looking to have shutters fitted to their home without hesitation.

Although the installation was delayed due to the Covid-19 situation, Phil has been 100% on top of any communication and the installation was arranged at a convenient time for our family. Dawid is a perfectionist and he has installed the shutters beautifully. His attention to detail is second to none. Phil and Dawid are a team which I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone who wanted shutters fitted to their windows. The shutters look absolutely beautiful.

Had a problem with a previously installed new shutter and Phil and Dawid were only to happy to help me out to come and repair it. They were so friendly and professional and explained to me what had had gone wrong with the initial installation. Can highly recommend them and am so sorry that I did not use them for our shutters. What a lovely company - I couldn't rate Phil, Dawid and the team any higher and wish there was some extra stars on Trust Pilot to give them.

From the first contact, they have been amazing. Phil has a huge wealth of knowledge on shutters, and took so much care to explain what shutters would be best for our needs and various window shapes, and not pushing the most expensive items available, but listening to our thoughts and giving great recommendations. We have been communicated with and explained the process through every step of the way.

Dawid came to our house and fitted shutters in 8 windows in 1 day, but not rushing at all and really taking his time to do a perfect job, and cleaning up behind him on the way, a true perfectionist.

Fantastic company from start to finish and shutters look great. Exceptional service from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable and provided lots of options and guidance when we were selecting our shutters. Shutters were installed to a very high standard and look amazing. Was much cheaper than expected so ended up doing 2 rooms instead of 1. Strongly recommend.
