Phil was so helpful and guided me through the process of getting shutters in a helpful, informative and patient manner. He gave excellent advice and I felt reassured that he was an expert. The final result is brilliant! The fitter took his time to make sure they were perfect and 'bespoke' for our large bay windows. Both rooms now feel like they have had a smart facelift and we are so pleased. Highly recommend ShutterHome.

We had our shutters fitted last week and they are perfect. From our first meeting with Phil we were very impressed with how thorough he was in explaining the different options available and the pros and cons of each option. David who came to measure and fit was equally as professional and spent a lot of time and effort in getting our shutters right-we even forgot he was in the house as he was so quite! From start to finish communication from Phil was great and we will be recommending ShutterHome LTD to all our friends and family.

I can really rate this company as 5 stars! Excellent in my book! From the minute I contacted them Philip listened to me and understood immediately what I wanted. Dawid came round to measure up, he was very professional and so knowledgable. Our previous shutters were from another company, I can honestly say I wouldn't go back to them again, I would go to ShutterHome. We are having new shutters in the Dining room in the spring and will go straight back to this company. Can't rate them enough! Very professional. We had several quotes for our shutters from various companies and Phil was one of the last. It was when he came round we realised how much information the other's hadn't given us. Phil really explained how the shutters would be fitted especially on our bay window. He was very open about any possible problems and I felt he listened to what you wanted.
When Dawid came round for measurements he was very honest in pointing out our windows weren't level and showed exactly how much difference in height there was at one end to the other and how he could correct that. On fitting day he showed us the slant and asked us what we would like to be done, offering several options and advice but leaving the decision with us as to what we preferred.
Dawid is a real perfectionist and his work is finished to a high standard. He also took great care while in our house, that is sadly lacking in workman nowadays they seem to forget it is your home and create havoc. Not Dawid, he left the place spotless.
When we started to get quotes for the shutters we were surprised at how much they cost but after seeing how much work is involved and the fact they need to be imported we now understand why.
Overall we were extremely pleased with the whole process and would recommend Shutterhome to anyone considering shutters.
