Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Phil was very responsive and incredibly knowledgeable in advising us of options and helping us reach the right decision for our room, without any pressure. Colleague and fitter David is a little star! Came out to finalise Phil’s measurements prior to confirmation of order and was able to suggest a few adjustments. Fitting day arrived and we are now the proud owners of a stunning shutter in our awkwardly shaped bay. It fits to perfection and is every bit as good as we could have hoped for. Excellent service from beginning to end. Phil came and measured after an initial phone call. He explained what they would look like and brought samples of the finished product. He was also upfront about the likely delivery date which, due to the current limitations with products from overseeas, was longer than any of us might have hoped. They arrived earlier than expected in the end, and were fitted beautifully by David.
