Completely uncontactable by phone. I have been a customer for around 3 months and had to call for various reasons probably circa 10 times and not once have I got through to Wandsworth. I'm just transferred to another branch. The other branches say they'll get Wandsworth to call me back and I've never been called back.

Could you please call to the storage and instruct them not to move out the things on 8th Sept 2022, until all complaint and court procedures are not exhausted (020 8396 1495, 0800 3. Wandsworth unit works on Wnd-Fr 9am-6pm 0208 396 1495).

I paid for the storage for 6 months since May 2022, it means until mid-November. I have no time to move out until 11th Sept, and maybe the next week i am full time busy.
I will fix the mobile, and tell you the precise time of the incident. Could yuo please take the recording of the conversation as a prove for the court and headquarters
Storage staff cancelled my contract as part of their anti-social behaviour and are supported from the manager above.

The storage behaved anti-socially with me on 25th Aug 2022 around 12:00 - 1pm. I can not tell the exact time, because on the next morning my mobile get broken, i can not login to mobile to check dates and access recordings.
The reason was that i arrived to return the key from unit 1234 after 3 days long-hours work unti midnight and moving things early mornings, 14h sleep in 4 nights in total.
There was a heavy rain, and i waited for it to stop and storage exit, and fall asleep.
The staff wake me up, ordered to go out to the rain, not to sleep.
I refused to go out, because i paid for storage access 6am-11pm, and can stay in it. It was not possible not to sleep, bcs it is normal human function.
Subsequently they closed the contract, gave me two weeks to move out.Later they explained that by contract they can control me.
By law all contract clauses which controls customer are void, specifically i may get sick and dead going to the rain, and the sleep disturbance in my case was obvious torture.
By the law they must to serve me, taking to the account needs, vulnerabilities.

The online system was super easy and very clear. I managed to reserve the unit then set up everything else within a few minutes... After about 30 minutes the unit was confirmed and then within an hour I was notified that the unit was READY!

All follow up calls and emails have been easy and reassuring.

We had a catalogue of problems with the Wandsworth facility of Shurgard in London. It was stated we did not give notice when this was done by email and verbally, so they illegally kept £140 of the rental refund due.
They said they did not have the size of unit we wanted once we had arrived, having called a week prior to book. Then the price was raised 3 months into the rental period (from £277 to £309) so we paid a lot of money for a unit we did not need. One of the 2 lifts did not worked for some 4 months of our rental and was still not repaired when we left. We changed email during the contract but despite calling and sending email to remind the facility of the change, we did not receive payment reminders and as a result were twice forced to pay late fees for non-payment within the first 10 days of the month. The facility lost the contract that we originally signed in the office and insisted that I come down to the facility to make out another form. Other than this though, we were not allowed into the office for the entire period of lockdown, they guy refusing to budge from his seat and waving at us to phone him, then never getting off the phone so we stood there for 10 minutes at a time on several occasions, waiting before giving up. Altogether an obnoxious bunch of incompetent wastrels; be advised not to use this facility.
