Goed geholpen door service gerichte medewerkers.

Prettig contact met geweldige medewerker Latifa van Utrecht LR. Zij maakte ons wegwijs in de Shurgard wereld. Bij indienstneming van de ruimte vanmorgen ook prima geholpen door medewerker die toevallig aanwezig was. Verplichte verzekering met hoge premie vind ik een minpunt, gelukkig bleek dat uiteindelijk niet nodig na tonen polis. Bewegwijzering op locatie Cartesius, met name de aanduiding waar de lift is, kan beter.

Zeer eenvoudig geregeld en goed geholpe!

Reserveren en contract was makkelijk online af te sluiten, goede prijs, gesproken met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, bereikbaarheid en toeganginstructies ook eenvoudig, gratis transportwagens beschikbaar, kortom perfect!

Easy to request online and to setup.
I requested on the day that I needed the unit and after a few hours the unit was ready for me to use.
Friendly phone support and quick to solve issues.

The code and app pass didn’t work for…

The code and app pass didn’t work for the elevator and there is no solution after one week. It is super annoying and I lost a lot of money because I cannot have access to the storage space

Op het laatste moment en op de een na laat laatste dag van het jaar nog opslag kunnen regelen. En dat allemaal binnen 30 minuten na de aanvraag op de website.

Klantenservice is erg betrokken, snel met reageren en zorgt ook nog eens voor een goede nazorg. Superfijn en efficiënt verlopen. Ik raad Shurgard aan.

Effortless Booking and Access, with a Minor Key Pick-up Confusion: Overall Positive Storage Experience in Utrecht.

It was the first time in my life that I used such storage. (location Utrecht). Overall, I had a very positive experience. Booking online was effortless, and understanding how to access the storage was straightforward.

I do have one minor comment: it wasn't clear to me how and when I should get the key. I called two days before to inquire, and initially, I was told I could obtain the key in the office. However, on my second call, I was informed that I had to go to the main office. Fortunately, the keys were waiting inside the box, so I didn't need to go anywhere.

I arrived at the storage facility one day before the rental period started to ensure everything was clear and that I could access the box. Unfortunately, I couldn't access it because the rental period hadn't begun. It might be helpful to add a sentence stating that customers can access the storage starting from the first day of the rental. Other than that, everything was extremely positive.
