Shurgard Self Storage - Tonbridge Omdömen

Been a client for many years. Staff are always very helpful and polite.

The staff are brilliant at Tonbridge. They are kind, caring and considerate. They always have the warmest welcome and genuinely want the best for us as customers with pricing and storing. We couldn’t be happier.

Nancie and the team are great to deal with and very helpful. They have been coming here for the last 5 years. The lockup is very tidy and has many options of sizes.

Super friendly staff. Easy access. Great service.

We needed storage quickly due to unforeseen circumstances when we moved.Amy at Shurgard was excellent ,really helpful and sorted our requirements quickly.Would thoroughly recommend them

Great experience with Shurguard Tonbridge. Even when they've been refurbishing theis facilities, their biggest concern has always been the clients.
Very kind people attending and they supply a great service.

Great storage facility, Amy & Nancie provide excellent customer service. Highly recommend storing your good here.

Very brilliant service with excellent team and really good and practical solutions! Price was also the best I found around town.

Great experience all round. Nancie’s been super helpful and friendly throughout and nothing has been too much trouble. Highly recommended! 10/10

Always the most helpful and friendly staff - particularly Nancie the manager in the Tonbridge store!
Happy customer for years !

Needed temporary storage between moving homes. Shurgard made things easy, and as I was able to deal with a person at the local unit directly, when the unit was no longer needed cancellation was fairly simple too.

The service was very professional and smooth. No issues. Nancie the manager was very kind and helpful. Would recommend.

I stored in Tonbridge for a couple of months whilst decorating. I found the whole process straightforward -from booking, access and using the app.
Also the store manager Nancie was very happy and helpful!

Great company easy to use affordable prices and if you need and questions speak to the manager Nancy she knows exactly what to do

Very flexible access to my storage facility, and Nancie has been extremely helpful when needing to change areas over the years

My experience has been very good. From securing the unit online to being welcomed and assisted in the office on the morning of taking ownership of my unit. Highly recommended in all respects.

I have been a customer at Shurgard (previously Lok'n Store) for several years and have always found the staff most efficient and helpful. In particular I cannot praise the manageress Nancie highly enough. I am an elderly customer who is reluctant to use online services, and Nancie has invariably been patient, courteous and helpful.

I visited the Tonbridge branch today with a view to looking at a unit to rent. Amy showed me the unit and talked me through everything which was really helpful! She really knew her stuff and covered all the things I hadn’t even thought of. I went on to rent the unit while in the branch because Amy made the whole process so simple, we got through the paperwork in less than 10 minutes and she even got me setup in the app in preparation for us taking on the unit.

Really happy with Tonbridge Shurgard.
Always hugely helped by Nancy in the office. Always goes above and beyond to help and is an absolute asset to the company.
Have been using shurgard for 15 years but the Tonbridge site is simply the best.
Will be back as always!

Nancie was brilliant and made the process easy and quick. I would give her ten stars for her professionalism, knowledge and friendly approach.
