I’ve had a really positive experience with Shurgard Tonbridge. The whole process was straightforward and the service has been excellent, but I especially wanted to mention Nancie, who was absolutely fantastic. She was so friendly, helpful and professional, and went out of her way to make everything easy and stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble, and she was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. It’s rare to receive such genuinely great customer service, and Nancie is a real credit to the team. I would definitely recommend Shurgard Tonbridge to anyone looking for a storage facility!

Needed temporary storage between moving homes. Shurgard made things easy, and as I was able to deal with a person at the local unit directly, when the unit was no longer needed cancellation was fairly simple too.

The service was very professional and smooth. No issues. Nancie the manager was very kind and helpful. Would recommend.

I stored in Tonbridge for a couple of months whilst decorating. I found the whole process straightforward -from booking, access and using the app.
Also the store manager Nancie was very happy and helpful!

I have been a customer at Shurgard (previously Lok'n Store) for several years and have always found the staff most efficient and helpful. In particular I cannot praise the manageress Nancie highly enough. I am an elderly customer who is reluctant to use online services, and Nancie has invariably been patient, courteous and helpful.

I visited the Tonbridge branch today with a view to looking at a unit to rent. Amy showed me the unit and talked me through everything which was really helpful! She really knew her stuff and covered all the things I hadn’t even thought of. I went on to rent the unit while in the branch because Amy made the whole process so simple, we got through the paperwork in less than 10 minutes and she even got me setup in the app in preparation for us taking on the unit.

We have recently taken a locker at the Tonbridge Kent location. The manager Nancie was incredibly helpful and set up everything very efficiently. Nice new unit and access works well.

Since Shurgard took over I have not experienced any issues with my storage. Whilst I have not had any interaction with the main online process/support centre, the on-site customer service has continued to be professional and helpful, especially from Nancie and her team.

This is for the Tonbridge branch. They were very helpful in terms of getting a low price and explaining the process over the phone.
Nancy the receptionist took me clearly through the process when I visited, and on the day that I had a removal lorry turning up, everything went smoothly.
There were a couple of pillars (ceiling supports) within the storage unit - apparently they all have them - and I think it would be helpful to mention that as they could get in the way of large pieces of furniture, although I should probably have visited sooner to check it out.
