Shurgard Self Storage - RuislipOmdömen 

I reserved a unit with Shurgard roughly around 2 weeks before the move-in date. I did not know my reservation was cancelled until I called them on my move-in date, even though I have already paid my balance and received a confirmation email. The staff on the phone believed it was a clerical error. They ran out of the 65 sq ft and offered the 80 sq ft instead. Since I needed the unit immediately, I asked them to reserve it for me anyway.
When I arrived at Ruislip, it turned out they have reserved the 80 sq ft unit at another branch. Luckily, there were 80 sq ft units available at Ruislip. The staff was very nice and friendly, especially Jamil. He showed me the available units, helped check the prices and analysed the pros and cons of the available units. Jamil also asked his manager to write off the first month's rent due to the clerical error. I very much appreciate his offer and help! Highly recommend the Ruislip branch.

John was really helpful. Showed me round several units and gave great advice. Excellent service. Much quicker and easier than I thought it would be.

I go with a renting van and the office was close at 3:50pm on Friday ( should close at 6pm).
So I can’t access to my storage because I was a new customer and need collect the key on the office.
The customers services offered me to move in Greenford storage.
And ask me to pay more for the same storage and I will not receive all my money back.
So I wasted a lot of time with a big extra cost…

I needed a unit at Shurgard, Ruislip, and it was urgent. Tahir was very helpful and kind. I felt I booked the wrong size, and he said I can move into a bigger unit, and I had to, the following day. Josh was very helpful and kind too, and moved me from one unit to another, as Tahir was busy. Thank you Tahir and Josh. Excellent Customer Service. Really appreciate both your help.
