Shurgard Self Storage - Farnborough Omdömen 

It’s been a more organised setup with Shurgard formerly Lock and Store , the new coding and access remotely at the entrance gate and storage is pretty impressive. The Storage open hours have also changed increasing hours of accessibility week days and weekends. Staff always polite and courteous , even offered to help with loading items taken away from storage .

Great service, start using the app is not straight forward but once you get it works really good

Whenever I go to the storage Chris is always welcoming. He always is ready to help with the queries. He is a very important asset to the business.

The comment below seems unfair. The young man in the office is truly remarkable. He’s always smiling, always willing to lend a hand, and he goes out of his way to help others. He’s even helped me move large items from my car to my storage unit. He consistently goes above and beyond for Shurgard customers.

Let’s not forget that everyone is human and may have other things going on in their lives. Perhaps he was just having an off day—though I highly doubt he was intentionally rude. It’s possible your words or actions might have upset him, which is worth considering.

We were totally disappointed with this storage since it moved to Shurgard. We use it once before when it was LOCK N STORE but the staff was very friendly n nice.
This time a male member of staff was being extremely rude to us in our very stressful time of the move.

Easy to book storage online and to get going on site. All done very swiftly. Staff very friendly and helpful. Facility is good. Very good prices compared to other storage providers.

Very painful and cumbersome systems employed by Shurgard.. felt like I was being treated as a criminal....with all your checks when your own identification process didn't even work...poor experience,not to recommend them to anyone....bring back Lok n store all is forgiven

Not having rented a lock up before we found your colleague Chris at Hawley Lane Farnborough very helpful, he explained how your system worked and his import made us decide that him and your company would be best suited for our needs. The costs and first month of £1.00 was an excellent sales business and were very competitive.

Helpful staff and very easy access to storage unit.

Excellent service

Really easy to book online. The only negative was that you close at 4 on a Saturday. We’re using the storage to store our stuff as we’ve moved house. So on the Saturday we had to pack everything into our removal van and get to the unit and unpack everything into unit before closing at 4. There was an accident on the motorway which meant we was stuck in traffic so didn’t get to unit till 3 so had to just get it in as quick as possible. Just feel most people who are using unit for storing stuff from moving might find same problem as most people move on weekends. Apart from that it was a great & easy experience.

Easy to reserve and book a storage unit using the online application process. Staff at the actual unit were very helpful and polite and the facility itself is clean, tidy and secure.

The Staff Natalie and Katie have been amazing, and the process has been very smooth. Everything works great from parking to trollies and wide passages in the building. I’m very happy I chose the Farnborough Store easy road access and kind helpful staff. Many thanks.
