Shurgard Self Storage - Bristol Omdömen 

We used the Longwell Green branch during and after our house move. The facility is first-class and proved to be invaluable. The units are quick and easy to reserve, clean and competitively priced. Admin is very straightforward through the app. The security system in place is reassuring and easy to use but also flexible to enable shared access with family members. Times for access are also really convenient. Customer service and support from Nikki and Paige was exceptional. They are both very good at what they do. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Staff really friendly and helpful. We have been helped by both Paige and Nikki, both of whom were remarkably professional and pit us at our ease, all the while being incredibly patient as we struggled with technology!

I went into the LWG branch today and Nikki was fantastic. She asked me about the items I would need stored, explained about the unit sizes and security measures and then showed me inside a unit that was perfect. Booking was really straightforward and Nikki was so helpful. Thank you!

We don't generally get excited about storage, but this place fits our needs perfectly, and a decent annual lease price, and the option to use private insurance. Highly recommended!

I booked a Shurgard unit on a weekend to support with moving house. I used the online process to do so, which was very easy to navigate.

As the office was closed, I was concerned about how long it would take for me to be able to access my unit, but within an hour I was informed that my unit was ready and I accessed it the same day.

The app made entering the building easy and the facilities were well kept and clean.

On the Monday, the staff at the unit called and emailed to follow up on my experience.

All in all, it has been a great experience and I would recommend, especially given the reasonable pricing.

Been abroad for 2 years and Nikki still remembers me today. She sorted out my problem quickly and efficiently and explained the usage of the app clearly and precisely.

Walked in to have a look. Nikki was incredible and took me on a tour of the site, detailing all of my options and providing advice. She was upfront about costs and helped me get the best unit for my situation. Really flexible plans that can be adjusted for you.

I rented a unit in Bristol, went through a ID verification process online and then also paid and received an email with confirmation of rental. Soon after I was bombarded with phonecalls and emails from the Bristol office asking for scans of ID documents and household bills etc. even though I had verified ID and address online. The office employee then terminated my contract unilaterally because I questioned their policy. Shurgard shows a very Inconsitent and unsecure handling of data.
