Unkompliziert und guter Service
Sehr unkomplizierte Anmietung, gute Erreichbarkeit bei Fragen, übersichtliche und saubere Anlage und sehr einfacher Zugang per App oder Code.
Ein Stern Abzug, da der Lagerraum mit den exakten Maßen bei Anmietung angegeben war, tatsächlich aber ein anderes "Format" hatte. Hier wurde aber auch ein unkomplizierter Wechsel des Raumes (zu den Bürozeiten) angeboten, was sehr positiv ist.
Durch Baustellen an der Stralauer Allee ist die Anfahrt derzeit leider etwas umständlich, aber dafür kann der Anbieter ja nichts. Ein Hinweis darauf wäre nett gewesen.
Alles in allem ein solider und freundlicher Selfstorage-Anbieter.

everything is always quite smooth and convenient. there's just one guy at the stralauerstr branch who just....every time he's there things don't work out and i'm terribly anxious. like logistics which would go perfectly fine if he wasnt there but he always finds a way to ruin my smooth path. it's fascinating. blonde guy (not max, max is lovely!). i wish this person was just never there. i don't even engage with him when i go to shurgard friedrichshain but he always wedges in somehow.

Great storage option
Easy, uncomplicated storage, very organized. Plenty of space and units to choose from. The only downside is that you don't have access to your storage unit around the clock, even though between 22:00 and 06:00 the access is only possible by using a unique security code. Friendly staff, great customer service. Accommodate to English speakers:)

Almost perfect
The service from the staff is fantastic, the location great and the building very clean and well maintained. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because there's no lift in the part of the building where I rented the space, and we only found out after paying. I had to climb stairs with very heavy boxes.

Shurgard is the best option for storage…
Shurgard is the best option for storage in Berlin. I've tried other options like Boxie, but there's no feeling like having your own unit and being able to easily access your items whenever you want. The guys at the front desk at the Berlin Friedrichshain are extremely helpful. 5/5 - highly recommended.
