Had an excellent experience with Shurgard Storage. The sign-up process was incredibly easy and straightforward. The facilities are spotlessly clean and very well-kept. A huge shoutout to the Sarah, who gave an amazing tour and showed fantastic knowledge, answering all my questions effortlessly. Exceptional customer service—highly recommend!

Excellent Storage
I have stored with Shurgard before when it was Loknstore, the transition was smooth and Shurgard have been a great storage company. I have had my unit for 8+ years it has ideal opening times and the staff are lovely especially Sarah and Dan the manager both professional and always on hand to help.

Boxes
I went in today to buy boxes and was helped by a lovely lady, believe her name was Sarah. Excellent service and even helped me build one of the tricky medium boxes which seemed to need an instruction manual to build. Will definitely be back to buy more.
