I have had a great experience in the past, but all of a sudden this company is totally non - responsive. I ordered a refill and it was never shipped. I reached out to them several times by phone, text and email and got a different answer every time. It's very disappointing since I'm on a successful weight loss journey, losing 27 pounds so far and getting inflammation relief through this medication due to lupus, and now it been stalled due to their lack of shipping. I have been charged for my prescription. I have filed a better business bureau complaint. Hoping I can get my money back.
The last email from them I received today read: "missing one injection is not a significant issue and escalating this to a full blown crisis is unnecessary. The way you have publicly defamed us leaves us no choice but to cancel your treatment as you were unwilling or unable to be patient with a 2 week delay. You are welcome to take your business elsewhere."
This response was after they gave me FOUR different stories on the shipment dates.

After years of PCOS making weight loss nearly impossible, this medication finally broke through that barrier. My insulin resistance has improved and for the first time, my body responds to my efforts.

Stay away from this company! They charged my credit card $1175 and medication was never sent! They never communicated with me that there pharmacy was having issues obtaining medication. I had to reach out to them several times before I received a response! Hopefully I will get my money back!
