Product range limits
There is a good range of products but not enough range when it comes to channelled items. Lack of sizes meant I could not obtain a replacement seal that would fit

We’re glad you found our product range useful, although we’re sorry we didn’t have the exact channelled seal you needed on this occasion. While we stock over 600 different products, more than anyone else in the UK or EU to our knowledge, there are thousands of variations. Many of these are highly specific, sometimes produced as one off designs for particular shower enclosures or long since discontinued.
Due to the significant cost involved in manufacturing new moulds (often running into thousands), it isn’t always feasible to produce every possible variation unless there is clear and ongoing demand. That said, in the vast majority of cases we are able to suggest suitable alternatives, and we’re always happy to help customers find the closest match.
We do feel a 3 star review doesn’t fully reflect the range and level of service we aim to provide, especially as you chose to shop with us over competitors and is rather harsh.

I ordered a short length of shower…
I ordered a short length of shower screen seal so I could see if it was the right one. It was about 3 or 4cm long and cost £1.50 + free post. Very useful as I.could check before I bought a longer length. Very useful service!! Saves a lot of wasted time, trouble and money.
