Call back only days after enquire about the courses. The gentleman was very informative and easy to talk to.

Attitude and way of communication of staff need improvement, really annoying.

I was immediately phoned by a course advisor and pushed to enrol, pay a deposit and set up a payment plan. Then while I was still on the phone asked to sign a contract without being given the time, opportunity to read the contract or access my options for enrolment.
That was the last I heard from anyone at Foundation Education despite being told all my course information would be emailed in 2-3 days. That was more than 2 weeks ago.

Put your general price of the course on the website.

I was looking for a course that i was interested in to do l, wanted to do a teachers aud course which i found and then i found short courses and found the dog grooming course and decided to send an enquiry. I was contacted by the staff and i have now started a course in dog grooming. I would recommend this company to anyone looking at a short course everyone is really helpful and are genuinely interested to help you succeed in your chisen course.

I'm sorry Rebecca.lt is a financial problem! I found l can get HECS (as it used to be called) if studying with Edith Cowen Uni,and this suits my O.A pensioner needs at this time.

I found the page misleading and a time waster, I specifically searched for subsidised courses yet everyone I called was not. Complete wasted my time

Sounds great, I inquire about a coarse thou, get an automatic response message telling me I'll hear from someone in a few days. A couple of weeks pass n you ask me to write a review..

We use to expect machines to fail. Now its amazing if there's even a person on the other end, let alone if any real action is ever made.

That I had to pay upfront with email with bank details and no other information

I have enquired about a course twice now
I received phone calls but unfortunately couldn't return the calls until after 5pm. Of course they weren't answered as it was out of business hours.

I asked to be emailed more information as that would be best way of contact for me.

Again, no answer or calls.

Highly disappointed with the way it was handled.
