SCAM - do not buy!
Sizes are way smaller than advertised and material is cheap nylon. I didn’t even need to try them on to see they were way too small. Shipped from China, not the UK as advertised. Returns have to be at buyers expense - to China! If anyone wants my totally useless, unworn pack of 5 black 4XL contact me!

They are comfortable and I feel more confident!

Everything was as anticipated. Discounted individual prices were accurate. Shipping was reasonable — in speed and cost. And, I was kept updated on the status of the order. These are the only panties I wear now.

Vera’s undies are discrete yet still hold an amazing amount of liquid. They wash up well and are fresh and ready to go. Instead of filling up our landfills with disposable adult diapers that take years to decompose.

Bought for my wife. She sometimes leaks a little when she coughs hard or laughs. She absolutely loves these!

After ordering I got panicky about delivery, Anna at customer service was an absolute treasure, reassuring me with every email I wrote asking when my parcel would be delivered, then again when I & I stress I had ordered the wrong size, Anna, yet again made the whole process easy & painless. This is my third time ordering these, and I love them. I tried multiple brands and Vera's are the best. the heavy absorption is perfect. I do order up a size, and that fit is better. They last and wash and dry beautifully. I have had my first two batches for over 18mos, can't determine any degradation at all. Same as new!

They do better then the one that I got from the other people.

I don’t exactly match up with any of the size chart choices. So , of course, I order a too small size. When I let Vera’s Undies know, they told me to keep the ones i ordered (4pack) and share them with a friend. They’re sending me a larger size at no extra cost. I’m agreeably surprised and very pleased.

When I received the undies they were way too small. I am normally a 16-18 sz. so I ordered a size XL. Since they were so uncomfortable, I contacted Customer Care. They were very reactive and ordered replaced undies in size 2X for me.
I could not have asked for better treatment.

The company kept contact with me even though shipping took longer than expected. I ordered two sets of undies. One for me and one for my friend. Mine were too small but my friend’s fit her perfectly and she loved how they felt. So far I haven’t heard how absorbent they are.

They are doing what I was looking for and I liked what I read about them. I like the quality of the material and about how they are made.

I had received the wrong size and returned my underwear in October 2025. I have not received a refund or replacement underwear. I have read that Vera’s has now closed but have just seen a 10 day old review. I would never use Vera’s again

I must say, I was a bit sceptical when I first saw Vera's Undies advertised, but I kept going back to look at more positive reviews. Eventually, after a short time, I decided to order mine.
Firstly the underwear is incredibly well made. It's comfortable and breathable.
After just a couple of days of wearing the underwear, I'd gained total faith in them. I just wish I had discovered them before.
I ordered the wrong size to begin with, so I emailed Vera's. They immediately sent out the size I needed, at no extra cost. The service I received was impeccable. They were courteous, kind and sensitive. It reminded me of the good old fashioned customer service we used to receive in the high end department stores. I totally recommend Vera's Undies. Thank you.

The first time I ordered in my usual size of 2x the undies were way too small. I contacted the company and they sent a new shipment in the bigger 4x size, with no need to return the original order.
Communication with Anna of the Customer Support team was very helpful & made sure I finally received the correct size. Be sure to follow THEIR size chart & not what your usual size is. I would recommend this company to anyone thinking about ordering from Vera's Undies, based on my experience.

Very comfortable to wear and the material is very nice and I feel really safe to wear!

I wouldn't have bought any more after the first order if they were not any good. Better than pads.
