Urbanpods Audio Omdömen 

Ordinate sul sito urbanpods 3-4 mesi fa al massimo e sono già due settimane che la cuffia di dx non funziona più e non è neanche compatibile con il huawei watch perché quando ascolto la musica il collegamento salta funziona a tratti.. Mai più!!! Pensavo fossero un buon prodotto, ma mai più cacchio, ladri schifosi!

Maledetti, ho acquistato gli auricolari la versione pro mi sono arrivati rotti e ho contattato l’assistenza e mi hanno detto di inviare un video dopo che gli ho inviato un video chiedendo aggiornamenti è da tre mesi che aspetto aggiornamenti ho inviato più di 30 e-mail richiedendo a che punto siamo e mi rispondeva sempre con un messaggio già salvato dando la colpa al covid 19 e da tre mesi che aspetto

Terrible long long wait and now cannot connect..sadly I ordered 2 pair and I still await the other pair...4 months down the line.
They will not connect? So many emails sent but no reply or that there have been delays

mi hanno rubato 40 euro ordinate 11 settembre e non mi sono ancora arrivate ho inviato più di 4 mail e non mi hanno mai risposto come posso fare per un rimborso?

I will not be purchasing further urbanpods products nor recommending as my first order took far too long to arrive, many weeks, requests for updates via email were ignored until I logged a claim via PayPal, which quickly prompted a reply to say the goods had been shipped (they come direct from China so "alarm bells"). When they eventually did arrive the build quality, the control functionality and more importantly the sound quality are absolute rubbish. A total waste of money. I don’t know how they can promote these as quality sound.

Schifo completamente, ho ordinato le mie cuffie a 40€ a marzo, io mi trovo ad ottobre a scrivere ancora. Il pacco risulta consegnato in un'abitazione diversa dalla mia, in una città diversa dalla mia. Non comprerò mai più in questo sito.

Scandalosi!!! Hanno fatto una forte campagna pubblicitaria con i più noti YouTuber in Italia.....poi stop!!!
Ordinate cuffie e caricabatterie a giugno, ricevuto un solo prodotto a Luglio, da lì in poi un susseguirsi di scuse e di promesse di invio senza mai ricevere nulla. State alla larga da urban pods sono dei truffatori.

Ordinato a giugno caricabatterie wirles e cuffie. Mi hanno inviato solo il caricabatterie, da allora un continuo palleggiare con email di scuse ma nessuna soluzione al problema. Che dire, I soldi li hanno presi e sono stati anche furbi perché appena ricevuto parte dell'ordine, ho scritto subito mail, mi hanno risposto di non preoccuparmi in quanto causa Covid erano sotto organico ma avrebbero risolto. Meglio spendere qualcosa in più ma andare su aziende serie.

Buon giorno, mesi fa ho ordinato le urbanpods ma risultano essere state consegnate ad un'altra persona che vive altrove. Ho richiesto più volte il rimborso o un nuovo invio delle cuffiette ma nulla, hanno rubato 40 € mio figlio che conservava da tempo le sue mance per potersele comperare. Cosa dire? LADRI.

Very poor experience. Took an unbelievablely long time to arrive, even after I paid for 'express' dilvery. Don't bother. By the looks of the comments on their social media their standard delivery is just as bad. Soon the earpods stopped working. I contacted them and they asked me to video me doing the reset process, which did not work. They told me they forwarded the video to the relevant team and I've heard nothing since. I've contacted them multiple times and have not been replied to. Don't bother wasting your 40 EUROs with this lot.

Non hanno mai funzionato e il supporto ti prende in giro rispondendo con richieste che servono solo a farti perdere la pazienza.

Paid for expedited delivery and still took weeks to arrive. Left earbud didn't charge initially. After emailing customer support we got it to work but only holds 30mins of charge. Requested a refund three times and they are refusing to respond. AVOID.

Arrivate rotte.. Supporto che prende solo per il Deretano! Mi avevano promesso di rimborsarmi ma da piú di 1 mese mi ignorano totalmente.. Una cinesata che vale quanto la munnezza che sono loro = ZERO

Come se non bastasse ora non vanno con iOS 14... ma che cavolo di fregatura🤬🤬🤬 si possono buttare?!

I would rate zero if I could. These things took almost two months to get & then wouldn't hold a charge. My young son spent his long save allowance to buy these & they are junk. Customer Service offered to replace them, but he only wants his money back. Haven't heard a peep from them since. They don't even reply to my emails anymore. Save your money and your time, buy a quality product from a known seller. I wish I read this site first before I let my son buy them. Live and learn.

Le prime volte si connettevano, ma non erano comunque utilizzabili per via della continua dissociazione non appena si sfiora l'auricolare. Dopo mesi, ritento, e nemmeno si connettono.

First complaint was answered promptly with reset instructions. Which didn’t work ❗️❗️ And the subsequent now over 3 months of contacting customer service and I still have the DEFECTIVE ear pods and no refund.

Come accaduto ad altri uno dei due auricolari non funziona (dopo solo 4 mesi di utilizzo). Servizio clienti inesistente: in buona sostanza soldi buttati via per auricolari che avrebbero dovuto costare al massimo 15 euro e non 50.
