They keep changing their warehouse and loss items.

Up to a month and I don't know where are my items. They ask me to track it online and I've been tracking since Last month and still in transit.

When the order was placed, they said I will have it within 12 days, today is 32 days and im yet to know where the package.

These people are total crooks.👹
They kept my cargo hostage and tried to extort me.
When I paid them a visit with the police, they relented. Big surprise.
Then trying to save face, they refused to deliver the items to my address even though I had paid in full. Shameless.
Eventually i had to make two trips in my personal vehicle to that slum hole where they have a warehouse on the last day before the lockdown.
They represent everything that is wrong with Nigerians.
Note that most of their reviews on Google are by "local guides" aka paid reviews.

paying $200 in shipping for a $50 item was what made me stop using their service, it's not affordable, they split items into different shipments so you end up paying more, it's a deliberate act at profiteering, but who would blame them, they wouldn't be in business if the Nigerian postal service is effective and doesn't engage in package theft. Ridiculous shipping service.

I got my orders in good condition in less than 5 days with best support from the social media specialist Mr. Samuel.
I recommend them if you want to ship from abroad.

A person at the address tried to steal my computer by getting me to mail it to 12011 West Brae Parkway #B, Houston, TX 77031. They also wanted me to give them my paypay e-mail address!? A review on Facebook shows that this did happen to a person in almost the exact way. The person would make a winning bid on E-bay and then ask for delivery before paying. In my case the person was only on E-bay less than one day. Be very careful doing business with any using this address. It is my opinion it is a company that facilitates international criminal activities. The issue was flagged by E-bay before I was allowed to report it.

This Is the second time I'm utilizing shoptomydoor services and It's going very wrong. Took too long to send my package and now I'm not sure If they damage or misplaced my package not the type that cares about writing a review nonetheless they are not transparent at all and ought to give you valid Information about the whereabouts of your package and customer agent are just doing what they are told and have little idea about what's really going on.

4th time shipping with shoptomydoor and it's been stressfree

The fact that my items were all combined in one shipment is absolutely amazing, I get to save more.

Shoptomydoor is about the most trust worthy shipping company in Nigeria. I have been using Shoptomydoor.com for a very long time, yes there were few hitches but to be honest these guys have greatly improved. I love that they have a refund policy despite how other shippers do not care after a problem with their service, but shoptomydoor is different. It's a new development and it's a great difference.
Shopmydoor has a 98% reliable support both in the USA & Nigeria. I love the way the team goes an extra mile to resolve complains. No business is perfect and as long as Shoptomydoor continues to put in measures and positive efforts to correct mistakes then to me they are not just my business partners, but family. My business has grown tremendously since i quit other expensive, yet unreliable shippers.
Shoptomydoor is very affordable and i will continue to recommend others to use them if they want peace of mind. Others at their level charge 3 times more.

I'll say this is the worst service for a dropshipping company, How would someone pay for a "Shop for me service" since 21st August 2019 and the package was delivered to your Texas address on the 26th of August 2019. You did not ship out this item on the following day which was a Tuesday, also you refused to ship out the following Tuesday 3rd September 2019. Then I had to call your customer service, and shockingly I discovered that a customer service personnel had just been assigned to resolve the issue and it will now ship out on the 10th of September and that I should expect it on 26th of September (max). I asked the customer service personnel if there was a way for things to be sped up, since the terrible mistake is from you guys, she said nothing can be done, I will have to wait for them to ship out next week. I am supposed to use this item on monday. I will never advise anyone to use this service, this is my first time and will certainly be the last

Shoptomydoor is your to go Shipping agent and to top it all,they show the highest level of customer service especially the Tayo lady in Isolo branch. She made my experience seamless and would continue to use them.

Would give a zero if they had one. Have had my merchandise over 3 months and not shipped and will not return it. I think they have stolen it. In my opinion, a bunch of thieves. Four cell phones worth $5000 gone. Don't use this company if you value your goods.
