I saw cheaper items online but searched one that looked similar but maybe more expensive as would be better quality. I was disappointed at the quality it is very light and the charge doesn’t last very long. It makes me wonder if the cheaper ones that I saw online are the same quality.

Delivery was good and oneodio has good sounds

My item came in good time but unfortunately was smaller than I needed so I had to return.The returns process has an extra step or two but communication with staff was very good.I would use Shopsta again.

Nice product, good delivery although box was slightly damaged.

After purchasing an Aura touch cordless lamp I experienced after a week of delivery that there was a fault, I contacted Shopsta regarding this and instantly received many replies in order to rectify my faulty lamp.
Ada is an asset to this company not only for sorting out my problem but was caring and understanding with my concern and sorted a replacement instantly.
I will definately be shopping here again and won’t hesitate recommending this company to friends and family .

Good communication after the order. Sadly the package arrived damaged by the courier but the product was in good condition. As if was bought as a gift I needed to return it. Good service with a return being organised and refund on the shipping costs.

Was pleased with my cordless lamps, delivery was prompt and could be tracked. There was damage to the package but good padding inside prevented damage to lamps.

I bought a Bluetooth speaker a while back
Very pleased with it. I used it every day then it went faulty! I was gutted without my music! Mailed Shopsta and the response was great just had to make a video of the fault which took very little time! Sent that off. The response was very polite and respectful and clear. it has now been replaced thank you again for the great response 👍🏻 Tom

Great product

I received a lamp and was disappointed to discover there was a visible scratch on the top. I informed customer services, and I was happy to accept and receive a replacement 🙂
