Absolutely fantastic company. Delivery was three days after placing the order. The quality is amazing, and the price was ridiculously low for such quality. Canât wait to see what they produce next

Disappointed with the Sleep Tees
I bought 3 of the Snuggz sleep tees, one of them being the burgundy cockapoo design which I saw on their advert, and liked because I have a cockapoo dog. I washed all the tees before wearing, on a gentle 20 degree wash, and hung them out to dry.
The tees are comfy, and I was wearing them during the day due to the hot weather.
Then after the second wash I noticed they looked faded, in particular the burgundy cockapoo one.
I also noticed they snag very easily due to the delicate nature of the material. Another well known sleep tee brand, of which I have many sleep tees are more robust, and wash much better.
I contacted Snuggz to tell them that I had noticed fading and snagging on the tees, and in particular the burgundy cockapoo design was looking dull and faded.
I was told by Snuggz I was mistaken as they do not sell a Snuggz sleep tee with a burgundy cockapoo design, and I should check because it was not their item. I took pictures of the tees, plus a screen shot of their own advert showing the burgundy cockapoo design.
I took other pictures of the fading, but the customer service people have now ignored me, and I have had no response since my initial request for photos.
I felt patronised at their suggestion that the sleep tee was not theirs and I bought it elsewhere, which I clearly didn't.
These sleep tees are OK to start with, and come out of the packet soft, colourful, and pleasant, but they are flimsy, snag easily, the colours fade quickly, and they become untidy looking even after a couple of washes.
Disappointed. I cant recommend.

Super Soft
arrived quickly. The item was wrapped beautifully. Super soft. Nice length. I am 5foot 7inches and it comes down around my knees, almost below. Lovely colours and pattern. I bought one for my daughter too and she loves it. I am a grandma and comfortably wear it round the house, no problem. Definitely recommend.
