Lost access to game

I purchased a game Dec of last year and it worked fine. Haven't played in a while until last week when I got an error message last week. Have been trying to contact support since with no response. Very frustrating, I won't be buying from them again.

Absolute Scam! Will update if they rectify the situation.

I purchased Baldur's Gate 3 and I have still not received the account. The website says it will be delivered within 8 hours. 16 hours later and I have nothing. Support is unresponsive after multiple emails.

I have purchased from many websites and never had an issue like this. Would not recommend at all. Just go buy from another site.

I've been a big fan of Retrograde since…

I've been a big fan of Retrograde since I found them last year. I've purchased multiple accounts and all of them have worked. Unfortunately 6 days ago all but 1 of my accounts stopped letting me log in. Including 1 I purchased that day. Since then I have emailed multiple times from both of my email addresses, submit tickets on their site, called their number, and haven't gotten a single response. The website AI bot says it has escalated my issue, but still nothing.

I will update this if they have just been slammed and respond to me soon. If I haven't updated this then Do Not Purchase Anything from them.

The support is unresponsive

The support is unresponsive, and now I can’t access the first account they provide me, it says something went wrong I been trying to reach out to them no buddy seems to care at all and their phone takes me to their unimaginably worst voice message I ever heard. Today only I called like 5x and it’s with working hours and they don’t answer or reply to my emails. I’m locked out of the game I been playing for a while now.

total scam

total crap. they are selling access to steam/ubisoft accounts with instructions on how to log in, download the game and then supposedly play offline. So you wont be adding this game to your current steam account. Not only is this sketchy, but the instructions on the pdf didnt even work and they wont respond to my requests for a refund. dont waste your money!

Edit: You can reply to my review, but not to my the numerous requests for a refund? I paid you and received nothing in return so I bought the game the legitimate way. It was most certainly not explained on your product page that I would not be purchasing the game itself. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!

keep getting kicked off

Not bad

I got my account info in the pdf file they send you and it works so im pretty satisfied. Only off-putting part would be that the account is shared but doesnt mind me as ive been playing perfectly fine. I would say get it if you dont mind that part.

Pirate software, these guys are selling access to "steam accounts" to play software offline. when you buy you'll get a pdf giving you the account details.

Ask for a refund and they refuse it.

Scam. They advertise it as an account that has baldurs gate 3.. That is not what this is. This is a family account, you don't even own the game. Its a scam
