We ordered a custom-sized golden floral metal wall art for our bedroom. The team was responsive, handled the customization well, and the final piece exceeded expectations.

Bought their puffy stool with velvet upholstery. It’s compact, cute, and versatile — can be used as seating or just decor. Love the golden base touch.

Such a big fraudulent organisation with absolutely zero value for customers.

Most of the time, they completely forget that the customer is the most important part of their business. My ordered item took 2.5 months to deliver where as in site it showed 2 weeks for delivery, hence I ordered, and even then, they provided a fake bill. On their website, the price was listed as RS 65,000, but the bill I received after delivery was RS 43,000. The product quality is extremely poor, and they did not follow the dimensions I provided. Despite this, they even charged extra for the custom measurements I requested.

When I raised these issues, their response was simply, “You can go ahead with a police case,” which shows how unprofessional and unhelpful they are. No proper support, no solution, nothing useful.

Bought a hanging macramé swing for our balcony in Goa. It’s sturdy, beautifully woven, and extremely comfortable for reading or just relaxing. A total vibe upgrade!

Genuine and trustable . Centre tables are good. and was as per size and specs . Buddha statue got delayed a bit more then they said

Have ordered pvd coated partition on 5th April 2025 and never delivered it, Initially they were responding, now stopped to respond. Don’t buy anything from them, they are modern version of an online scam…!

The designer wall clock with golden accents we received is elegant and practical. It silently ticks and feels like a decor piece in itself. Definitely not your average timepiece.

Bought the sunburst mirror and it’s the perfect centrepiece for our feature wall. The gold rays are polished beautifully, and the entire piece looks handcrafted. Absolute showstopper.

Their water fountain with LED lighting was a Diwali gift to ourselves — and it did not disappoint! The soft water sound and gentle lights bring instant calm to our home office corner.

Do not make the mistake of buying from shopps.in. They have zero customer support – you will never be able to reach them. Before ordering, they promise fake delivery timelines to lure customers.

I was promised delivery within 2 weeks, but it has been over a month with no update on my order. Their customer support doesn’t care, no calls, no replies, nothing.

Pathetic experience. Save your money and avoid this site at all costs!

Understated luxury—exactly what we wanted. The marble pattern is elegant, and the rose gold legs feel unique. Chairs are supportive and well-finished. Looks much better in real life than in the photos.

Not received my prepaid order yet.paid 21k already.Not responding to calls and messages now..ordered on 21Feb.25.still waiting for it but no response. Please check authenticity of positive reviews first before ordering.
