Placed an order back in April 2020. Received tracking information two weeks later...tracking shows no shipping progress. Customer service does not respond. DO NOT buy from this company as they will not deliver! Almost June, no product and no replies. Complete scam, don’t fall for their pretty pics and promotions on IG!

I bought a jacket and skirt in December…
I bought a jacket and skirt in December - prob cost me about 140 or more. It didn't fit me right so I wanted to return. Their process is you have to submit for approval to return. When I would email for an update, they would just say that once the returns team reviews they will follow up, but its been 6 months and there has been no word. They don't respond to emails and delete negative comments on their instagram. Be very careful. This company is extremely unethical.

Total scam.
Ordered a product on their website. 2 weeks from the order and still no shipment confirmation. If you read their website they say everything ships in 48h. Must've called them 10 times, no answer. E-mail, no response. Ended up chatting on social media and I was bumped again on customer service that does not exist.
I will sue them if I don't get the product.
