We absolutely do not accept being called a scam. We are a serious business, and there has never been a single lost package on our end.
In your case, the issue was entirely due to your own mistake: instead of writing the street name in the address, you entered the name of a shop. Naturally, the courier could not locate the address, as it was not a valid street name.
Furthermore, our policy https://shoplifts.store/policies/shipping-policy clearly states that we do not take responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses. Despite this, we still took responsibility for resolving the situation, we contacted the courier, provided the correct address, and even paid an additional storage fee to ensure the package could be delivered.
As a result, your order was successfully delivered.

Leider wurde auf der Website bei einem Artikel Größe "Onesize" angegeben. Es sag deutlich nach einer Jacke für Erwachsene aus – bekommen habe ich eine Kinderjacke. Auf dem Etikett steht auch deutlich Kindergröße 14. Verstehe nicht, warum man solche irreführenden Angaben macht. Sehr schade. Werde dort nicht mehr bestellen.

I ordered the package and it arrived a few days after purchase and in good condition too. Unfortunately I will give four stars and not five because the sweater I ordered had a small hole on the shoulder. I managed to sew it up anyway so no big deal. Thank you very much for the sweater❤️❤️❤️
