Ordered and paid for an item which has not arrived. Automated reply to emails advising me to use their tracking service - which constantly says No tracking available try later.

Do not use this site,complete scam.being a disabled veteran I ordered an item on 25th march.after no delivery or reply to emails I've reported for fraud
I placed an order and have had no confirmation, they took my money and now the site says “updating shop back soon”!! Been over a week and no contact or anything from them and no way to contact them! Absolutely disgusted as my order wasn’t cheap!
Cancelled my order and potentially stole my card details.

Regarding your concern about your card information, please know that your purchase was conducted securely through PayPal and Stripe, both of which are reputable payment services. We do not have access to your card information, and both PayPal and Stripe employ advanced security measures to protect your payment details.
Tried to price gouge me after purchase and raise the price by ~30%. This was their following email:
Unfortunately, the Takis Blue Heat has sold out as of yesterday. However, we’ll be restocking it soon and expecting a delivery next week. Please note that the new stock price will be different and will cost between £37-£40. If you are happy with the price, please let us know; otherwise, we can cancel your order and refund you the amount.
Honestly, true or not, I don't care if they don't have it together. This feels dishonest and I'd recommend steering clear.

When you placed your order, the Takis Blue Heat had unfortunately sold out. At that point, we had two options: we could cancel the order immediately, or we could inform you that new stock would be arriving soon but at a higher price due to an increase in our cost price.
We chose the latter to provide you with the option to wait for the new stock if you were still interested. Our pricing policy (https://shoplex.co.uk/content/10-pricing-policy), which is explained on our website, aims to keep these situations as transparent as possible. This is why we clearly communicated the reason for the price increase in our email.
