When my can opener stopped working I sent a few emails to kitchen Mama and poof, a new one showed up in my mail box. It is really great to deal with a company that stands behind its product.

I love this little can opener. I have arthritis in my thumbs, so this can opener is a huge help — no more manual opening of cans.

After a while, the can opener stopped working. I tried recharging it, but it wouldn't charge. I got in touch with customer service, and they diagnosed the problem! I was using a charger with too high a voltage — after using a 5V-1A charger, my little can opener is working again.

I have purchased several Kitchen Mama items in the past years for personal use and gifts. Recently I purchased two items that never arrived. I was patient and would forget about the order from time to time until jsut last week. I contacted KM and should them the receipt and inquired why I might not have received the items. A KM representative immediately contacted me say they would send out the items immediately and to just refuse the other items it they arrived at a later date. I now have the items and am extremely impressed with the company and will continue to shout out their praises. A wonderful company with high integrity.

This company gave me one of the best customer services encounters I have ever experienced. I submitted a support ticket to Kitchen Mama through Amazon, where I had purchased their electric can opener. Within an hour I had a reply with information about troubleshooting the product and included steps on sending support a quick video of the issue. I uploaded a video and the next day they emailed back and said they were sending me a new one for being a loyal customer. This was my first purchase from them, and I am a loyal customer now!! I received an email when my new item was shipped and a second one to ask if I had received it and to make sure, I was completely satisfied. 5-star experience!

From my recent experience this company genuinely cares about it's customers.
I raised an issue with my can opener that I purchased to meet my reducing dexterity needs over a year ago. I then unfortunately became unwell and was unable to answer some questions that were asked but I advised Nicca in the customer services team of my situation and the reply I received wished me all the best for a quick recovery and not to worry as we could pick up where we left off once I was well enough too.
I can't express how wonderful it was to have a company that saw me not only as a customer but as a human.
Once I was finally well enough I responded and I was advised that my opener was outside of the warranty but that as a good will gesture they would replace it for me as they were so pleased to hear how much my can opener improves my independence in my home.
