Schlechter Service oder sogar Betrug
Ich habe geschrieben, das die Hülle nicht über meinen BMW Schlüssel passt. Daraufhin muss ich Fotos von meinem Schlüssel machen. Es wurde gesagt das dieser passen müsste, passt aber nicht. Zwei weitere Oer haben es probiert. Ich sollte wieder Fotos nachen ich denke, das sie unbedingt wollen das ich die Hülle behalte und bezahle. Gibt es kein Rückgaberecht mehr. Nach weiteren Emails von mir, bekam ich keine Antwort mehr. Ich denke, sie warten ab, bis die Rückgabezeit, überschritten ist. Eine RetourenAdresse wurde mir auch nicht genannt!

My Exclusive Keys arrived quickly and were just as advertised, perfectly designed to fit over my original keys and very simple to install. The look is fantastic and will add years of use to my keys. Will definitely use this product again.

Chinese Crap
The product arrived after a trip from the land of poor manufacturing (China) It did not fit the key fob that was ordered for, nor did it have the quality indicated on the site. Total rip off of customers by a company providing poor quality cheap materials making money off unsuspecting customers. All companies should be required to disclose where their products are manufacture. Never buying anything from these losers again

This company never reply to emails i order 2 covers in green and red . Sent me a black 1 which never ordered. Never received 2nd 1 . Sent 20 emails and no reply. Very bad service but quick to take the money. Reported as scammers

Very cheaply made
Very cheaply made, basically it's a piece thin rubber that doesn't fit, even though it advertised as a high quality cover it's not! I'm requesting my money back.

At Exclusive Keys, we work hard to make sure the quality of our products is excellent and that each cover is designed to fit its specific key model as accurately as possible.
That said, there are many different car key shapes and versions in the market, even for the same car brand or model, so sometimes customers can accidentally select the wrong key version. If the correct model is selected, the cover should fit perfectly, as each one is specifically designed for that exact key shape.

Le nostre cover sono progettate per adattarsi a modelli specifici di chiave, per questo è molto importante selezionare il modello corretto prima dell’acquisto. In alcuni casi, anche se l’auto è dello stesso marchio, la chiave può avere dimensioni o forme diverse e quindi la custodia potrebbe non essere compatibile.
