Scam company, I bought some car products and was supposed to wait 2 weeks. 1 month later I contacted about it. They ignored all of my emails. Then 6 months later I remembered about it and decided to try once more, they responded saying “oh it looks like there was a mistake, well send another and you’ll get a tracking number in a later email” after 2 weeks, nothing. I email them about it 3 or 4 time after that again and once again they ignore every email. They’ll steal your money and info

I was just about to buy but always check Trustpilot first and so glad I did. I almost got caught!!

SCAM COMPANY- I Ordered phone a holder on 7-12-25 , after multiple politely written emails and correspondence back and fourth with them, it is now 10-3-25 and I have still NOT received the phone holder.

Don’t waste time or money. AVOID!

Package was in delivery for over 25 days. Tracking finally said delivered, but no package was in the mailbox. Seems suspicious to me, but what do I know. I'll check with my CC to see if I can get a refund.

This is a scam company. We purchased two phone holders that are very poor quality. We requested a refund, but have gotten requests to return the products to China. Then, they offered half a refund, but wanted an order number which we do not have. Do not purchase from them.

I ordered bird feeders ,I have not got them and I had a hard time finding someone to talk to .And guess what I still have not talked with anyone . from what I can find out about this company It needs to be taken off Facebook and every where they sale .

Terrible experience. Ordered a suction mount for mobile phone in my car. First shipment made it to Houston was was destroyed by USPS. Replacement took nearly 3 weeks. Unit finally arrived today. The magnet portion that is to hold the phone is not strong enough and phone slides right off. No need to try to mount it.

This is the worst purchase I have ever made, the quality is terrible, the button is broken and you can only turn it on, you can't turn it off. The head has already broken on the first use and the stone is not sharp at all. I have not seen worse quality than here even in Ali express. Pity I hadn't read the reviews otherwise I would never have bought it here. Do not buy. Poor quality product with misleading advertising.

I bought some sandals on the 29th of July specifically for plantar fasciitis and they never came. No refund or any help. Please don’t buy it is a scam.

I never received my order even though they say that it was delivered. Also, people should know that they ship from China. They also do not reply to emails at least it is not a real person.

Never received item due to lack of communication regarding delivery. Tried emailing to tell them I was unhappy about never getting an email that it was being delivered and it was sent back to them as a result of their poor communication. They responded saying it takes 10 working days to be delivered and a link to track it. Absolutely useless.

I purchased a mag 360 car phone holder. I received it really late. The arm is really short for my phone. It is so short that your phone will follow the slant of the window instead of being straight. Not to mention, the magnet is not strong enough to hold your phone if your phone has any size or weight to it. I contacted them immediately. I wanted to return for a refund. They said to donate it or throw it away. They wanted pictures, which I provided. With the exception of the phone falling off the magnet. I can't provide that one, or I would. I have been trying to get a refund but they are trying to just give me 30% on a product that does not work.

This is just a warning... don't purchase anything from here.

I ordered humming bird feeders in March early 2024! To this day I have nerver received them they took my money. I have emailed them more than 3 times I get the same response they are on there way. I have given my phone # still nothing. I am gonna talk with my bank and go further what ever I need to solve this. NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have complied with your requests. The bottom line is you have sold me a phone holder that is not fit for purpose.
It will not hold my phone as the magnet is to weak.
You are now ignoring my reasonable request for a return and refund.
This is not going away.

I inquired about my package that's not arrived and have received the same exact email three times in a row. I don't think they speak English.
