AVOID Shopbhp AT ALL COSTS!!
I wish I had seen these reviews before placing an order.
They are clearly just scammers and have no intention of sending out orders.
I placed an order worth £570 through eBay and it never arrived. Alarm bells started going off when it eventually showed as being dispatched there was no tracking available! On a part worth nearly £600!!
Had a few fabricated excuses as replies to my messages, and the “I’ll look into this tomorrow “ then after a few weeks no more replies. The phone just immediately goes to hold music then hangs up after 5 minutes or so.
A quick look on Companies House shows accounts are overdue and confirmation statement overdue.
Thankfully I got my money back through eBay, but they need shut down before they cause more grief.

I ordered some cam lifters for my r53 by engine number. The parts arrived 7 days late with £3.50 excess postage to pay. When I came to have them fitted at 1320 Mini, they had no idea what the followers were but not for any mini engine they were familiar with. I have been trying to return them to BHP for over a month through all the available email addresses with not a single response (over 10 emails) and phone calls which just go unanswered. Post sales service is none existent. BUYER BEWARE.

The worst experience i’ve had while ordering online. I’ve ordered Wossner valves from them on Ebay on the 02.05 after they’ve been promising on their site that they dispatch their orders within 2 days. They lied that they dispatched the order 2 weeks later with 24hours delivery service after me asking them for update. The order never arrived as they actually didn’t even send it out. They never answer on emails message and never ever pick up the phone. Luckily they ended up refunding my money back for a note which i wasn’t after as i was still waiting for the parcel they only waisted my time as my car was at the mechanic and the only missing piece were these valves. Total disappointment. Never order from them.

Horrendous company avoid completely never answers the phone or emails stuff never turned up had to open a case threw ebay to retrieve my money back.

Bought a Link ecu kit for a Cosworth, around £2500. Weeks of extra wait, failed delivery times, finally dispatched by Royal mail, no rracking paid for.
The kit was fine, nice loom.
The base map thou was so far off.

The real problem and why I've put one star is the customer service, once you've paid your on your own, phone number is never answered and email response is next to no response.

Luckily the people at Link who make the ecu are amazing, their website has a chat box, very knowledgeable people who respond within a coupe of minutes, once I found these they sorted all the map issues super fast.

Won't be using Shopbhp again, fine if nothing goes wrong but I now I know your on your own if it does.
Shame as they sell some good stuff.

Ordered an Emu Classic ECU on the 5th of Feb, it didn't ship till the 21st, i missed the delivery and it returned to sender, I've been emailing and calling for the past 3 weeks they've not answered emails, calls or facebook messages I'm now going through a refund process, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

Beware of this seller his full of lies ordered these bearings over 7 days ago now and was listed as 24hour post and still not got them. Seller just lies about don’t give you tracking and next to no tracking for it the seller is scammer no other way to put it. Going to have to ask eBay to step in to get my money back not only have I lost a week worth of ramp time I have also lost a good customer over this. I would 100% avoid and shop else where then use this utter scamming bell

Do not use brands hatch performance or shopbhp.com. i placed an order a month ago and they have sent nothing out to me or contacted me in anyway dispite me sending emails.i sent a payment of £125 and they literally just took the money PayPal dispute is still ongoing. How they still have an active website and taking money just baffles me they need shutting down save yourself the hassle and avoid

It needs 0 stars, not even a real company, a scam to hold your money whilst they gain the interest and they go on holiday with it, no communication at all, you don't get any products they promise and takes months to get anywhere with them if you get any where at all that is, AVOID

Bought a crossflow ignition ecu kit on 30th august on finance had no reply off emailing them calling contacting on Facebook not a single response multiple attempts wit 0 reply’s any help would be great as would like the product asap

I think they have gone bankrupt as previously they were good on the orders however placed an order with no contact back from them now to cancel and they have my money!

Ordered from shopbhp via Ebay.
3 weeks with No communication at all.
Then just cancelled my order stating that I asked for them to cancel.

Useless, been trying to get a refund for coming up to 2 months no replys to calls emails and messages constantly trying to gain contact. Refund has cancelled there end 3 times through PayPal dispute p*ss take of a company doesnt even answer to explain thereselfs didnt send me the product either.

Item ordered wasn't suitable, authorised a return, recorded delivery for return and signed for my a company employee. Company wouldn't refund so had to seek legal asistance to obtain a refund.

Do not use this company. Brought some steel con rods off the eBay shop, 24hour postage, been over a week now and no con rods they don’t answer the phone and don’t reply to emails, however if you comment on the fb page with will take your post down!! Scam site

Do Not Buy From Here! They take your money and do NOT Send anything out ignore emails phone calls (robot puts you on hold then hangs up after 5 minutes tried over 10 times! Ignore facebook eBay basically any contact ordered a EMU Black ecu 1276.60 you have to claim your money back from the bank can take 6 weeks! Avoid AVOID!!

I ordered up some pistons and it said it was in stock - paid £500, after a week I chased the order but you could not talk to anyone , the phone number just rang out ( I tried 5 times to ring) - you could only send emails (I sent 4 or 5– I did get one reply saying it would check with warehouse) - so after 3 weeks after sending other unanswered emails I had to claim my money back from my credit card company - and that takes 6 weeks! - I asked repeatably if they have my pistons via email and when I would get them - but a stone wall with no responses –
This company from my perspective is a scam site – they took my money – they did not deliver my goods and never contacted me (apart from saying at the beginning they would check with warehouse) I demanded my money back – it never came back from them
Good job I purchased via credit card -I would be so mad otherwise.

Probably the most unprofessional company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! I ordered some Con Rods from them, the website didn’t say they were not in stock or anything and their website said in stock items ordered before 3pm would be sent same day, after a day I had no notification that they had shipped so I sent an email to ask, this went unanswered. Another day passes and still nothing so I email again, still no reply. Several days and several emails later, still nothing, try phoning, no answer, tried Facebook messenger, nothing, despite showing as active on Facebook. Finally found them on eBay and messaged through there, still no reply but the order was cancelled. Don’t waste your time ordering from this place.
