Inadequate packaging=Damaged Product
Just received my shipment of a limited collectors edition of deliver us the moon and the box has significant damage to it. Upon receiving it didn’t look too bad, but after opening . It is in awful shape. This is largely due to the inadequate protection taken during packaging. No bubble wrap, nothing. Just a thin cardboard box which might work for domestic shipping but definitely not international, where returning this is going to be a challenge. Very, very disappointed!
Update (6/20/22): After contacting Customer Support, they were very quick to respond and are sending a replacement, which will hopefully arrive in proper shape. So I have adjusted my 1-star review for their prompt customer service and willingness to correct the issue.

Dopo otto giorno non ho ancora assolutamente notizie riguardo il mio gioco ordinato. Spero solo sia un caso ma assolutamente deludenti, se entro il 15 il gioco non fosse arrivato faccio reclamo ufficiale.
