I purchased a Voopoo Argus G2 and used it for just one week before it stopped working. I reached out to their customer service, and they instructed me to go to the store where I made the purchase. When I went to the store, they simply told me to email Voopoo again. Very poor customer service overall. I feel like I'm being sent in circles without getting any real help. Definitely not satisfied with my experience.

I bought coils from the "European warehouse" 5 weeks ago. My order still hasn't arrived yet. They're shipping from China.
My Drag M100s is literally falling apart after few months and doesn't recognize the coil. I tried to leave a review on their website but they just delete the negative reviews. Never buying voopoo again.

They’re scammers. The products don’t work, this is the second one I’ve bought that charged ultra slow (as in like 4 hours to charge with a fast charging block) and dies excessively quickly. The “warranty” is not real they’ll just send you in circles doing way more work than the worth of the product in like “documentation”. They will try to get you to download scratchy Chinese software if you try to warranty everything. This company should not legally be doing business in the United states

What went wrong and how can this company improve? Tf? Everything went wrong and no the company can't fix it it's that bad... They put the refill port on the bottom so that it leaks excessively and submerges the mod in its own juices it's that bad. Voopoo, vape designed like complete shite

Item ordered was either not delivered or delivered to the wrong location. contacted customer service and was told I need to contact USPS. Attempted to contact again with request for their address that USPS is requiring and no response. TERRIBLE customer service!!!

I became a big fan of voopoo shop! They give to our the best price with the discount coupons! The customer support are very helpfull, and they gave me coupons and gifts if somthing went wrong on the ordering or the shipping. I apologize you if I complained too much. The customer support found a suitable solution always. Thank You! Respect!

It has been about 6 weeks and all I got from customer care was we are sorry. Now they don't even reply to my last message asking what happened to my order and will they reship it.

You will never receive what you ordered, they will keep your money

They suddenly started shipping from China (Sept 2024) and did not update their estimated shipping times in the check out process. Been waiting over a month for my new vape. Emailed them clearly/directly asking for a refund and they sent an email in reply saying, "don't worry" and they're going to "urge the carrier to pick it up at customs" like they have any control over US customs from China?
I ordered many vapes from them before and they always shipped from texas, and were very quick to arrive.

Bought Argus gt ii for $69.99. The device came pretty fast, and stopped working even faster... I've bought many Drag 4 etc. This one stopped working after few days it came. I've contacted them told them the issue. They tried not to take responsibility. Asked me for a video, wich I provided. Than the Genius rep writes me to try and charge the batteries.. really??? Anyway, after arguing, they said they sent me a new one and gave me tracking number usps. They never actually sent an item, just created usps label. They really think ppl are stupid... they say that they "confirmed" with usps that it was sent. It's 8 days since they created that label... I tried to explain them that shipping anything in the us, takes less than 4 days. Anyway guys, stay away from that store, save your money and energy.

LOVE AND SUPPORT VOOPOO TEAM

I bought a Voopoo Drag E-60 in December 2023. After about 2.5 months it started working on its own while sitting on a table. It would vape and blow out vape on its own, started leaking into and out of the device. The leaks ruined my couch and clothing, a damage of about $700. The defect was so odd that I thought it is just a phase and will go away. I then contacted the customer service which emailed me back and forth for about week and by the end of it they told me that I missed their 90 day warranty by about a week or so and that they would not honor the warranty. Aside from all the hassle and substantial damages, I find the product dangerous because if you are not around when it starts working on its own it becomes a fire hazard that could do a lot more damage than I suffered. Don't take my word for it; WATCH THE VIDEO WITH THE SOUND ON!!

I have used strickly Mi-Pod devices for years until my last one stopped working for no reason. I decided to try something new for once. I just made the switch to the Argus P1 and I must say, I am super impressed by this device. It feels sturdy, I LOVE the USBC fast charging and I have never gotten better flavor from any other pod system. I just restocked on coils to make sure I always have a fresh one. I am very happy I switched!
