Great service Every time
I bought the Cpap machine that was on sale because it only supported 3G tech. My win! The new machine is completely noiseless, and when you reach down in the dark to turn it off the top lights up so you can easily find the on/off button. When I arrived to pick up my order everything was in one box, and easy to carry. So glad I have a new machine for less than what I paid for the first one 6 years ago.

The people were great just a mixup with the online order selections. Since there are two locations you should be able to click where to pick up your order, not leave it in the comment section where it can get missed

We are currently working on improvements to our online ordering system and will be looking to add a pickup option for our newer Kenaston location in the future.
Just to clarify, the pickup option is not located in the comments section. At the select a shipping option the pickup option is labelled: “Pickup at 150 McPhillips Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba.”

It was great till a few days ago the plastic started creaking when I moved around in bed I'm gonna try giving it all a good soak not being to open the windows up on the 16th floor makes the air stale and dry cause it can't circulate it's probably just that but otherwise awesome.

Website was easy to navigate and re-order my supplies. Delivery was very fast and complete. Every year I have to follow up for an actual invoice to meet my insurance document needs. An invoice does not seem to be available on my account. Having said that I received the invoice very quickly on follow up.
