Ordered a van vault stacker that said…
Ordered a van vault stacker that said it was in stock! When I rang up to ask how long the delivery date would be, a rude member of staff told me I should have read the description as it said it was on back order. I explained that this was misleading as it clearly stated in green (instock). She then said I should have read the description as usually people do to which I responded I own 4 already so don’t need to know about the product so wouldn’t expect to read the description. The member of staff decided to double down and explained that they assumed everyone read the description. I kept my order with them as this was an unchangeable situation but have had my order clearly kept back on now 2 previous restocks! Now I’ve got a refund and gone else where! Surly as a business they should not assume and being more polite with customers.

Thank you for your feedback Adam - as explained to you - on our website there is a line on the top of the product in red that does say '10% off Stock Arriving Soon - PreOrder Now' - we feel that this is very clear for customers to see and we are advising to pre-order. The Van Vault product is in high demand at the moment and no retailers have any stock as we are all waiting for stock from the same supplier.
I purchased a £10.75 timer
I purchased a £10.75 timer , postage & packaging and extra £11.95 , VAT added £4.54 , total cost £27.24
This is what is wrong with the order

Hi Alain - thank you for your comments regarding our postage. Our delivery charges are clearly explained on the Delivery & Returns page on the website. I also understand that we discussed this with you on the telephone and advised you to refuse the delivery to save yourself the cost of returning the item to ourselves. The item has been received at our warehouse and your refund will be organised for you ASAP.
