Buying on line made easy by Lind, very good communications, great packaging for product, will buy from them again and highly recommend.

Be aware they used DPD LOCAL which there was no option for a pick up point which you get with normal DPD.

Had a great morning today.very friendly top staff very helpful thanks for breakfast 😀 wish I had booked a test ride.next time. technician was spot on very helpful has but my mind at rest for upcoming trips and long journeys

Hands down one of the best motorcycle dealership experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I called and walked into the showroom, I was greeted with genuine enthusiasm and professionalism. Scott & the team were incredibly helpful with a unique issue, I’d had a bike stolen but had a tour planned 3 days later. Scott made sure panniers were ordered & fitted, the bike was serviced and ready for me within two days.

The level of customer service was exceptional. The entire buying process was smooth and stress-free.

I saw a Triumph Tiger Sport 1050 on Autotrader. I contacted Zara at West London Triumph who gave me a honest description of the bike. I put a deposit
down to hold the bike until the following day. In the meantime Zara sent out details of my bike for part exchange. They came back with a really fair price. When I arrived the Triumph Tiger was better than in the pictures. Zara made the whole process seamless and so easy. The result being one very happy owner of a Triumph Tiger. Will definitely recommend WLTriumph.

Made an online purchase using the sign up code to save 10% which made LIND the most competitive for price. I was contacted promptly from the store in London by an extremely helpful chap called Martin in parts who updated me on my purchase and expected delivery date.
Unfortunately DPD and the collection point of Morrisons let the side down with some terrible service.
After a quick phone call Martin was on the case and I received my new top case and sliding carriage yesterday with no fuss.

Went to service my 04 sportster had a few tech problems so was given a loan bike organised by the lovely Katie on service reception, rang me 2 days later to say bike was ready but weather was foul, no problem for this great team we checked forecast together and it will be 5 days till next sunny day, still no problem, what a fantastic experience, so kind and understanding and am very thankful, TOP TEAM 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Excellent customer service and support from the team at LIND. I had to do a return due to size issues (you know how it is with motorbike kit!) but this was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
