The delivery was disappointing
The delivery was disappointing. The box had FRAGILE stickers clearly visible and DHL didn’t bother to ring the bell. The box was thrown over the gate! A 2.5m gate!

Everything arrived in good condition…
Everything arrived in good condition with delicious food. If I had one complaint, it was all a little over-packaged with too much waste. But the food and service were both excellent.

Great service - the staff even checked my order and if it was going to the right address. The food was delicious and so easy to make - made Father’s Day special as we couldn’t get to the restaurant.

Great food let down by the delivery experience
I've been ordering Lina stores for a few years now, usually if we're celebrating something. However, this time the bolognaise lid simply was not put on properly so popped off during the delivery. The customer service team refunded, and we were able to pick up a new bolognaise that day from a store in town which is great. But we live a 45 mins away, so the 90 min round trip was a faff. Also, the quality of the parmesan has gone notable downhill. Saying that, the pasta and sauces are just divine. I would advise to order a day before if you're ordering for something special.

Order arrived 4.5 hours late for my daughter’s baptism. They initially said it would be 45-hour and no further updates.
Focaccia was very disappointing- stale, not fresh and no taste. No refund given for extent of the delay - just delivery refund.

For deliveries, we work with third-party courier partners that are experts within their field. However, mistakes happen and on this occasion they have let you and ourselves down, and for this experience we're very sorry and realise this is not ideal.
We have been informed that that their delivery van broke down, which led to the delay with your order. I am so sorry that this caused such a delay with your order.
We have checked with the team and they have assured that a full refund for your order has been issued on top of the refund of the delivery.
