I placed an order which they accepted. Supposed to be a 2-3 day delivery. Seven or 8 days later still hadn't been despatched. They claimed as I knew they would that it was the bank holiday that caused delay. Order should have been delivered before that. No response to three emails. No reply to phone calls just rang and rang them went to engaged tone. Very poor customer service by post at least. The only thing they got right was a fast refund when I cancelled the order. I reckon they had sold out and just didn't want to admit it. My advice avoid using online.

I am very disappointed with this case. I ordered a jacket from Dover Street Market and returned it within the allowed timeframe because the item did not match my expectations based on the product images.

The return was sent properly via DHL Express and delivered to the seller. The delivery can be fully tracked via DHL, and the parcel was even signed for upon delivery by Dover Street Market. In addition, I also received confirmation from DHL customs regarding the successful return shipment.

However, despite the item being returned and received, I have not received a refund.

To make matters worse, PayPal also rejected my buyer protection claim, stating that the item matched the description. This leaves me in a very unfair situation: the seller has the returned jacket, PayPal has denied buyer protection, and I am left without both the product and my money.

This is extremely frustrating, especially considering the high value of the purchase. I expected better customer service and a fair resolution from both the seller and the payment provider.

I hope this matter can still be resolved and that I receive the refund for the returned item.

I ordered three pairs of sneakers, but unfortunately none of them fit. I returned the items, and according to tracking they were delivered back on March 10. I contacted support and was told the refund would be processed within 5–7 business days.

After 5 days, I followed up because I hadn’t received anything, and since then my emails and calls have been completely ignored. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times from different email addresses, but no response at all.

Selection of clothes and dispatch is good, returns processing very poor. Often takes over a month from receipt of returns to refund, and requires chasing.

Fantastic to buy from, bought from DSM many times over the years, packaging and delivery to the standards you'd expect. Had to return one item and the process was amongst the easiest I've experienced.

I don’t typically write reviews unless its negative, but the way my package was delivered was astounding and I don’t want them to ever downgrade. First of all I ordered the Lakers 4 from DSM about two weeks ahead of the US release and they had them sent and at my door within 3 days of ordering WITH the shoe box wrapped super nicely in tissue paper inside of another box. Never seen presentation that nice before

Its been 11 days since DSM got my returned goods according to DHL tracking number. I didnt get any email that they got package back and didnt still get my money back.
Emailed them for the first time 8 days ago if they can confirm that they got my package and ruturn me my money and got email from Rose that they got many returns right now and that there will be some delay. Probably lie.
Nothing happened even after 10 days so I sent them another email and got exactly same email from Rose like 8 days ago.
Email says same thing. Its just ctrl-v.
By the law you are suppose to return my money in 14 days after you get the package.So I will wait 3 more days and if I will not get the money back I will contact official authorities to help me with this issue.

UPDATE: Got my money returned after 3 more emails and 15 days since they got my returned package.
This wasnt very good experience at all.
Eshop is good. Good brands and fast shipping. But this experience with return was really bad. After reading reviews here a few other people had exactly same problem. I will not risk it again so it was my last purchase on this eshop. I can buy the brands what Iam interested in on some ether eshops. You lost your customer who spent a few thousands €/£ on your eshop every year.
